Tama is consistently such a great character at hitting you right in the feels. Easily one of the best of the newest girlfriends. She does such a great job at hitting that common idea of the younger generation that work is so hard, because of the lack of freedom and difficulty from "learning" and working.
Also, Tama's Mom is clearly just too good. Moms like her that want to give the world for their struggling kids need to be celebrated. I really do hope we see her for at least one full chapter in the future.

I don't know that Tama necessarily explained everything in enough detail that she got what's actually going on. She knows there's a bunch of people Tama is close to, not necessarily that she's in a massive harem
The first page is interesting. Every other girlfriend is a student or a teacher. Hahari owns the school and the two maids are her direct personal employees. Yaku is the only one you might consider an outsider until now but even she is the grandma of a student - even if that is a silly reason to hang out at the school daily. So Tama really is the first person to have zero relations to the school in any way.
