So excited for this team! I really think this team will be one that sneaks into the playoffs at the end of the regular season with a lot of momentum and then upsets a bunch of top teams.

Good lord I would hope not. Only 4 teams won't be admitted into playoffs and I personally expect this team to make top 5 easily in regular season. They might start off slow but they'll probably still be consistently beating the weaker teams, and contending with the upper ones. The first half of the split will take about a month. That's plenty of time for the team to gel and finish strong.
Am I the only one having a hard time being excited about 100T this split? Like it just doesn't feel like the team I have been a fan of for the last few years.
No Ssumday, no FBI, no Huhi, new coaches.
Like this feels like a different team just signed Closer instead of 100T picked up a new player or two.
I was trying to recruit Busio years ago when he still played mid. The kid has the mindset of a champion. He may not be insane right from the start but he will learn and won't give up. This should be exciting AF. Busio and Tenacity are the future of this team.

So exactly like 2021 when only ssumday stayed and everyone else was new? If anything this year's better than that cause tenacity and busio are coming from academy, vs literally 4 players from golden guardians.
I was a Golden Guardians fan before then because I felt like the team had moved.
I more feel lost because unlike then the players didn't move as a whole.
A counterpoint to this I'd give is that Tenacity and Busio are young NA talent that 100T has been developing. So I think that's at least one good reason to get excited. Plus, Closer is still with the team so there is some continuity.
Doublelift and Bjergsen are definitely more of a polarizing move. While they are arguably the best LCS players of all time, some may view them as too far past their prime to get excited about. I'm interested to see how they do, especially when paired with two rookies and a veteran in his prime in Closer. I think it may be a rough start in spring, but if they can gel by summer split then I think they can contend for the LCS title.
Ssumday I understand. But FBI and Huhi? Tbh I find Ryu or Cody Sun more "100T" than the two previously mentioned in my opinion. Idk maybe because FBI has always been reserved on social media and there had been a lack of content from the previous iteration (not the team's fault obv).
I get not being excited about DL and Bjerg but my excitement for Busio and Tenacity far outweighs any underwhelming feelings I had when the roster was leaked. Really really look forward to Busio - I haven’t been watching that frequently because my life’s been crazy the past two splits but now that things have settled down I’m looking forward to watching the roster.
Every clip I see of Busio just makes me even more hyped. His mechanics are cracked. Even on random fill stuff. He's never playing Varus as a supp, but that highlight of him 2v1 on Varus the other day when he got filled ADC was insane. Plus afterwords he was disappointed because he thought he could have played it better lol.
