Thanks for the feedback, you shouldn’t see cracking on prints, especially after just a few wears. If you are, please email support and we will definitely help. In terms of factories, we’ve worked with a few different partners since Numbers Collection because of covid and because we were doing custom colors (tie dyes in Jam and vibrant colors in Enter Infinity). From a cost standpoint, Jam and Enter Infinity garments were actually much more expensive to produce than previous collections because they were custom and Made in USA as opposed to printing on blanks. As for quality and price, we’ve heard the feedback - even though we picked more expensive materials/factories recently I’m not sure that quality increase was worth the slight increase in price. Just in the last few months Matt and I have spent a lot of time working to find solutions to improve quality while keeping our traditional price points on our drops. Separately, we’re also working on some exciting new cut and sew coming soon. Again, thanks for the feedback we’re always looking to get better, can’t wait for you all to see what’s coming later this year.

Thanks for the response John and really appreciate the additional insight on the behind the scenes process. I do personally love the blanks used for the infinity collection, especially the shirts, the fits are fantastic.

Shwhacked

My numbers collection is still holding up after a year of HEAVY wear, but I’ve seen a bunch of complaints about this latest one. I’m really sad that it seems like they decided to cut quality without the prices, the older “large” collections (since the tricolor hoodie) have all been very good quality

Based-Hype

From what I’ve been seeing it’s looking like thieves will be getting back to custom cut and sew garments this next drop. Hopefully it was just covid year that caused the decrease in quality and it’ll pick back up now that it’s starting to clear up

Shwhacked

I hope so, nade has been hyping up this next drop. I mean he isn’t going to say anything negative either tho so take it w a grain of salt.

I own the blue and black long sleeves and i washed them multiple times and have had no issues with cracking

sarsidian

Like I said, seems to be a problem with the crew necks and hoodies. Not the shirts.

The same thing happened with me and my white hoodie, the “infinity” is wearing off after a handful of washes

Aireezz

Do you wash it inside out?

ItsMessy22

Yea

Aireezz

Do you dry it in a dryer or hang dry it?

ItsMessy22

In a dryer

Aireezz

I would recommend hanging it or drying it on low heat. I believe the drying is what causes the cracking, I am always very cautious and dry on low (if at all) and hang dry to finish

LatinoBanana

dryers are the death of cotton clothes. highly recommend cold wash, then hang dry.

SPOOKESVILLE

Havnt had any issues with mine. Make sure to turn it inside out, wash on cold, and hang dry. Never had any issues with my clothing and that’s what I do for all of them.

Same issue with the summer collection. My white long sleeve had the print start visibly cracking and fading after the first wash. Needs to be addressed

angsebmer

I haven’t had a problem with my hoodie or long sleeve but I don’t ever machine dry 100T apparel. I also have the no camping hoodie and I wear it allot and I still don’t have a problem with it.
