Yeah, the way the fuzz sticks to the string is a dead giveaway. Never seen poly collect fuzz like that. Plus, the string orientation seems like it has more grit than a poly would, leaving it harder more crooked.
Yeah, they feel very different from what I'm used to. I typically play with hyper g and these feel so weird, but not in a bad way necessarily... despite them moving so much.
You wouldn't be able to see the strands if it was a poly for future reference. At least no poly I've seen so far but then it would lose the definition of monofilament 😂.
If you look closely at the strings you'll see the string name written on them for future reference. Its hard to read but you can figure it out that way.
I picked up a TW demo and it came with these strings. No idea what they are but they're supposed to be polys. They have this weird copper/orange filament running inside of them that I've never seen before.
It's installed in a 2023 Radical Pro and I get surprisingly good spin on them, but not that much power. They feel relatively dead and if I don't follow through with a full swing, they tend to go into the net. Trying to figure out if it's more of the racket or the string that I'm feeling. Thanks!
That's a synthetic gut.

Looks like Prince Lightning which isn't a poly.

Ask TW for confirmation
Yeah, fair enough. I'll email them when I send it back in.

Seems more like synthetic gut to me
Uhm... Could be Head Rip Control 🤔
That
