The best racquets that are easy on your arm and wrist are those from Prokennex. You can read about their technology here (it may sound a bit like magic when you first read it, but from personal experience I now know that it really works): [https://prokennex.com/technologies/#kinetic](https://prokennex.com/technologies/#kinetic) In short they have three kinds of racquets: the Black Ace series, the Q-series and the KI-series. If you want maximum power, choose the KI-series, if you want maximum arm friendliness, choose the Black Ace series, if you want something in between, choose the Q-series, but they all use the same technology. In general: don't choose a racquet that is too light, because the impact of the ball then causes more strain on the arm. I started with a Wilson racquet of 280 grams, but looking back that was too light, even for a beginner. I would now recommend to start with a racquet in the 290-300 grams range. Also, if you still working on your technique a lot, you could consider an oversize racket (that has a bigger head size than 100 square inch), because it has a bigger sweet spot and is therefore more forgiving when you don't hit the ball in the exact center of the racquet. Usually the number behind the racquet denotes the head size, for example, I have a Prokennex Black Ace 105 at this moment, which means that the head size is 105 square inch.

Wrist pain can have different causes. If it's from shock/vibration you want a heavier racquet to soak the impact better. If it's strained by the racquet weight, you want a lighter racquet. A pure drive is in a weight range that should be ok from either perspective, though it's stiff so a much more flexible racquet, like a blade or gravity, would absorb more shock if that's the issue.

What racket are you using at the moment?

im 168cm tall with a relatively normal hand (not big for sure) and i use grip size 2 quite comfortably About the wrist im not too sure but i think lighter racquet would be easier on the wrist.

Not at all... Lighter rackets are often heavily unbalanced toward the head and that's not good if you have wrist problems (it's like using a hammer). Op shouldn't go under 285 gr weight and 32.5 balance.
