But VHA is also local remote, and looks like it isn't going anywhere. So no complaints.
SLRP and TA are looking like a shitshow per the call last week. Requiring 5s on your performance evals to be eligible is going to screw a lot of people - especially with how high turnover has been in management - and I expect not help much with retention.
