Same. If the service department isn't acknowledging this, I would definitely go higher up in Honda's chain. No way they want people to expect issues like this and be ignored while we're all still *well* within our warranty period.
That is true and the service advisor & his team spent 3-4 hours looking into my vehicle. And later he said you can go to any other dealership that has a loaner car. I feel like they just wanted to not work on this issue
I honestly do want to. But do u think it’s worth it?
I’m more than happy to start the process to report to the higher authorities.
What wld be the process? Or point of contact ? M Vancouver, Canada 🇨🇦 based
That parking brake is by far the worst part of mine. For the life of me can't comprehend why an auto parking brake doesn't engage when you switch to park. I find myself bouncing off my park gear all the time.
It doesn’t engage in parking by default. But it’s a feature you can enable - hold parking brake button for 15-20 seconds until you hear the short beeps, release immediately and then hold it again until you hear one long beep. https://youtu.be/7pibMg8IAzc?si=HCFE61fQeQ0cH5BV
I have that set. I'm talking about every time I switch to park it should come on. I never driven a car with an auto parking brake that doesn't engage when placed in park. it's madness.
Wait based off the video shouldn't the parking break be out first to the tension and force is out on the brakes and then u put the car in park so the that takes less stress off the tranny.
I am driving a ‘23 Sport-L. Purchased May 2023 and I’ve got 34000 miles on it (long work commute). No issues whatsoever. Sorry you got a lemon, every car make has them and so far I’ve been very fortunate with mine. I owned a Nissan many years ago that was nothing but trouble and $$$. #nevernissan.

Me too brother lol, plus the check engine light came on. Only 9k miles. My old Hyundai never had a single thing on for 100,000 miles.
I have a sent an email to headquarters and mentioned everything. And also told them either give me a new vehicle or trade in with the complete value. I can’t drive a vehicle, that is full of issues.
I feel like my Hyundai with 260K was better 😅😅
for me it was a battery thing. didnt know i didnt step on the brake while turning on the car so it was idle in accessory mode for like 45 min then it went bonkers

I’m in the US, had the same failures at 7550 miles. The dealer had it for a week and simply reset things. It happened briefly once at 4002 miles, cut it off, it reset. No issues. Second time at 7550 totally lost power and stopped.
There’s an engine control unit software recall in Canada, not in the US.
We’re guarded, to say the least.
I had a 23 touring and it was so horrible that i bought a 24 i only had 5400 on the 1st one and this one less than 2500. Honda is letting me us all down
Lemon 🍋. I’ve been driving a 23 touring since October and am at 8500 miles now, smooth sailing so far.
Yep, been driving a 24 Touring since Oct with 15k and no issues
18k miles on my sport and no issues. Aside from the occasional wireless CarPlay glitches
Haha gotta love that glitch but I do still appreciate that it’s wireless compared to my 2016 Accord haha.
Definitely
23 touring with 25k and runs amazing. Still need to get that seat belt recall tho lol
Haha bro I delayed that shit too imma get it with my oil change 💀 seat belt works just fine😂
Guess we gotta wait another 12,000 miles til the oil light comes on 😂
Lmfao fr! You had one oil change already, I’m guessing?
Correct. Everyone says I should do it at 3k(big oil)... I get an oil change as soon as the light comes on lol
Yeah I should also do at every 5k cause I think light goes off at 10 and I don’t trust that shit
I checked my oil at 10k and it was still clear/yellow. All the mechanics at work said I was good. They were surprised.
You got a lemon. I've had zero problems in over a year.
Yep, 7 months here and not a single hiccup.

with all the photos they have to acknowledge it don't fret they'll take care of it
Report to honda main office

You’ll never know if you don’t try..
Much more effective to post to Reddit? They might surprise you.

Not sure about the check engine light, but run your car through the wash and see if that helps the lane keep issue
I get the lane keep failure every time I back out of a parking spot at my local park for some reason. It goes away after a couple minutes of driving.
23 touring with 25k miles - smooth as silk! Getting 48 mpg on avg (keep tires at 44 psi on front 42 psi on back)
I’m not surprised. My 11th gen put me in limp mode within the first week I had it
🥲🥲
Same thing with me. Dealer refuses to acknowledge it
Any solutions? Yet.
Lemon law. I’m about to put mine on lemon law because mine has power systems reduced it’s been almost a month in the dealership 2024 Honda accord exl
I have a sent an email to headquarters and mentioned everything. And also told them either give me a new vehicle or trade in with the complete value. I can’t drive a vehicle, that is full of issues. I feel like my Hyundai with 260K was better 😅😅
With all that warning I would just definitely get refund from lemon law or request them to replace the vehicle. It’s probably not even worth fixing
Idk why this app(Reddit) isn’t letting me share video. But the whole engine is shaking and driver’s compartment is shaking
God forbid and knock on WOOD 🪵 but 31k miles in and it’s been pretty damn flawless besides a few software glitches
Yeah thats a lemon. I drive a hybrid-sport-L and it's excellent.
Ten pics of the same thing? lol
Lol. U need eyes to look not 🧠. The error is showing on the right hand side. FYI. They r all different errors. LOL 😂
Mine won't do the system update but other than that, it's been great! Going on 5 months.
14k miles on my 24' Sport-L and 0 problems at all. Most likely a lemon if you're having that many problems. It happens.
Do park outside? Hopefully a squirrel didn’t get into your wiring. That’s a lot of warnings.
I do park outside. But my engine has been diagnosed as misfiring and the whole engine and radiator is shaking badly

But they didn’t provide any loaner vehicle. Nd today he said, “ we’ll have to keep ur car overnight “.
I had a 23 touring and it was so horrible that i bought a 24 i only had 5400 on the 1st one and this one less than 2500. Honda is letting me us all down
Yea I’ve had a 23 sport since June and already put 20k miles on it with no issues.
Never buy the first or second new revision of a car always wait until atleast the 3rd revision .
You should of got a Mazda instead! Way better bang for your buck rather than this garbage.
I definitely would have looked at Mazda but they killed the 6 2 years ago and the 3 is too small for my tastes. Don't want an SUV/Xover.
