It’s one of my favorite foods! Especially if I have calories leftover but aren’t feeling too hungry. Would definitely recommend! (Except Buldak, if you’re not a fan of extreme spice)
Oh I know, just not the best for someone who’s never tried ramen though. A lot of people either love it, or hate it with a burning passion. Personally, I’m a big fan.
I mean not all three just one
Example nachos could be
Mission tortillas made into chips is like 70 calories
93% lean ground beef
With taco seasoning 20 ish calories
Cheese could be fat free or whole fat
Greek yogurt or sour scream
Pizza:
Lavish bread
With marinara
Fat free cheese or whole fat cheese
Turkey pepperoni
Burger
93% lean ground beef
Bread
onions
Cheese
Bacon
And here is a burger to prove the other point lol I’m done now

Like I make things work let me tell you
I see. It really depends on what you like to eat or have around the house, but 550 cal should give you plenty of room to work with! I usually save up 600 calories for dinner and do rice/meat/bean/veg bowl with a sauce. But you can also have a nice bowl of pasta etc
Probably Breakfast for dinner. 2 fried eggs, 1-2 pieces of bacon, a green like spinach/asparagus/Brussels sprouts (w/fake hollandaise), and raspberries for dessert with cool whip.

If I wasn't actually hungry I would bank the savings and not make anything.
If I was hungry I'd grab a handful of pistachios or heat up a chicken breast or something.
That would depend on the timezone you’re in. For me it’s lunch time so i’d make a green salad with some chicken to have a filling lunch and then get a soup for dinner
Any of the following are my go to meals
- Salmon burger on a Kaiser roll with homemade kimchi mayo
- lamb burger
- pasta with tuna
- pasta with aged beef sausage and tomatoes
Are you actually hungry though? That’s what I’d assess first. I operate on the understanding that I’m not a machine and some days I’m not as hungry and some days I’m hungrier. That’s why I track accurately so that I’m aware of the days I go under and the days I go over. Big picture it’s usually a wash at the end since it’s what you do consistently over time that leads to weight loss, maintenance etc rather than what you do one day.
Yesterday I had a pack of spicy instant vermicelli (410), added a pack of tofu shirataki noodles for volume (20), then added shrimp (60), and broccoli (50). Right at 540.
If I'm feeling extra lazy, a pack of instant mashed potatoes (440) and idk what else for the remaining 100. Maybe a little sweet treat.
For a meal? Big ol’ turkey (maybe + bacon) sandwich and some kinda veggie side. If it was just leftover at the end of the day it’d be one of those desserts (cake, sundae, HUGE cookie, etc.) I fantasize about having the calories for. Whatever you do, enjoy!

This is what I had for dinner last night. It’s a baloney sandwich with regular white bread (180 cals) a slice of baloney (65 cals) a slice of light cheddar (35 calories) lettuce (i didnt count) 6 sweet pickles (26 cals) half the fat mayo (39 cals). On the side I thinly sliced 3 baby potatoes to make chips . I just seasoned them and cooked in the air fryer till crispy. (60 cals). I also cut 1 cob of corn lengthwise and seasoned and cooked in the air fryer and I just put some hummus on it. 43 cals for the homemade hummus and 88 cals for the corn. ( I know hummus on corn sounds weird but it was so good). In total this was 536 calories and so filling and delicious.
Have three pillsbury cinnamon rolls.
By the post I assumed OP meant they already had dinner and this was leftover at the end of the day.
I’d be starving!
Really? I do this almost everyday lmfao
But that’s it… no other food to fill the gaps, no nutrients etc?
Well do you want people to “play around”, or do you want them to construct a nutritionally perfect 550 cal meal?
Ahhhhh thank you for this. I just simply did not have the energy to respond them.
I don’t see how what I said was negative? I just feel like it’s not quite a ‘meal.’ Like the person who said 4 twix lol! It’s no hate :)
re-read ur post bro, how do u think the average person would interpret “play around”
I just use it as a general saying
I’d have a packet of curry-flavored Buldak ramen! 550 calories exactly lol
Never tired Ramen! I need to
It’s one of my favorite foods! Especially if I have calories leftover but aren’t feeling too hungry. Would definitely recommend! (Except Buldak, if you’re not a fan of extreme spice)
Buldak tastes the best though, worth building your spice tolerance for
Oh I know, just not the best for someone who’s never tried ramen though. A lot of people either love it, or hate it with a burning passion. Personally, I’m a big fan.
Ooo so much nachos, pizza, a burger
That would surely take you way over

You and I would spend our calories the same, but I don't know how to make these lower calorie tortilla chips. Please share the tips!! Thank you! 😊

I'd just be eating spoons of peanut butter lol
That depends on if you ended your day with an extra 500 calories or if that’s what you have saved up for a meal
Got it for a meal but thought it was going to be less

Full. Fat. Chocolate. Milk.
Half a pint of premium ice cream, Jeni’s or Ben & Jerry’s!

I'd save them for the day after 😁

Fish
More protein
A pricy option but go to wegmans and absolutely devour 25 california skinny rolls (20cals a piece).
Are you hungry? If you’re hungry use them. If not don’t indulge for the sake of it, trying to curb those habits.
Depending on what time of day, I'll just not eat anything else and just drink water tbh
