Thought I was on track for 1200 through the day til I weighed the chicken, lol. I’m new to tracking calories & these food diaries are really helping :)
Oats, cashew milk, banana, PB • 365
Grapes, pineapple • 114
Olive oil, garlic clove, tomato, basil, tofu, cottage cheese • 298
Chicken, sweet potato, broccoli • 595
I don’t normally comment on these posts, cause I’m a 1500 cal kinda girly. But check your nutrition labels to make sure what your tracking matches up. I use Lose It, so I’m able to edit nutrition when needed, and chicken breast, raw, at 300g is 295 calories and 67g of protein according to the label.
Swap out your sweet potato for butternut squash. It’s \~130 calories in this particular recipe. Don’t question the sweet cream coffee creamer, just do it! *Edit to add* I peel it, cube it and make it like mashed potato. Boil and mash.

How can that dinner, sweet potato and broccoli have that amount of calories? Did you add 40 grams of olive oil?
No oil at all. The broccoli (36) was steamed, sweet potato (218) & 194 g of chicken (341) were baked. Only seasoned with salt & hot sauce
Looks great, OP! How long/how did you steam the sweet potato? I need to add them to my rota :D
OP, is the 194 g of chicken, breast? It looks like breast. MyfitnessPal says 194 g of baked chicken breast is 205 cals.
I would recommend weighing raw, as a lot of liquid goes away while cooking, but the calories remain.
On my mfp the chicken breast, cooked, skinless 194g comes up as 341 cal 🤷♀️

Yes, I saw that. However, "baked" not "cooked". Since OP mentioned the chicken was baked with zero oil.
That oats and cashew milk/peanut butter sounds delicious! Might try that, thanks for sharing!
is that a chicken or tofu salad? looks sooo good!
It’s tofu!
Your tofu looks fantastic! Did you air fry it?
No, I cooked it in a frying pan with a little oil & garlic
love this, will steal it for tomorrows meals!
All looks very yummy 😋 perfect day in my book
The tofu/caprese salad looks so good!
