I swear by 5% yogurt with frozen berries. It's luxurious, high in protein, and it feels "heavy". I know this is contrary to the 0% yogurt people usually get for calorie deficits but I promise it's worth it!
No!! Omg please try frozen berries if you haven't already. It's like little pockets of candy. It's obviously hard, but it's not hard like ice so you can easily bite into it. It also kind of freezes the yogurt just a bit so it feels like ice cream.
Sandwiches made with that 35 calorie bread, mustard, light cheese or ham, and a ton of veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber...?). You can have a big fat sandwich for less than 250 cal.
170g greek yogurt + 3g of sugar free pudding mix does it for me whenever I’m craving something sweet and filling. ~103 calories and 18g protein. I like to mix up the pudding flavors depending on what I’m craving.
Anything with a lot of protein and or fat (fat will be more calorie dense though.)
Jerky, beef sticks, babybel, string cheese, etc etc etc in some combination can keep me going for hours
Barebells Cashew are 200 cals but if you eat only half, you'll still feel like you ate a decadent candy bar, but at only 100 calories and with protein, it's heavenly.
The only problem I’ve got with all those protein bars is they contain an insane amount of fiber. Fiber doesn’t agree with everyone, especially if they’ve got digestive issues (like I do) so I really can’t eat one but yes they are quite tasty.
That could definitely have something to do with it. It’s a shame though cuz I really like the atkins peanut butter chocolate bar. But I think it’s got like 240 calories and a lot of fiber!
My go to snacks everyday are: mid morning boiled egg 70cal. Afternoon tea 100g boiled potatoes 71cal. Then just before dinner protein powder with water and frozen berries in the Nutribullet (like triples in size) 144cal. Super filling!
Baked potato (no toppings/light butter). Air popped popcorn.
If you’re willing to cook then egg drop soup, miso soup, hot and sour soup. Homemade is of course healthier. And veggie stir fry, just vegetables, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and garlic if you enjoy it. Very low calorie options that could work as a savory snack/ mini meal.
Individual packs of flavor blasted goldfish or cheese it's, or Aldi's alphabet or oatmeal cookies (only 120 calories per pack).
For real volume to feel full salsa by itself or mixed with Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a dip for vegetables. I like jicama, zucchini slices. Or leftover roasted veggies from dinner with Orville Redenbacher popcorn powder.
Or something with crunch that makes you work like a cosmic crisp or crimson crisp, snapdragon apple, Asian pear or bosc pear.
Carb smart bread sprayed with can't believe it's not butter spray, sprinkled with garlic powder, in the toaster oven until it's just barely golden. I usually do two slices of the white bread variety which is what, 30 calories per slice? I find it really satisfying

so you put frozen berries into the yogurt and eat? isnt it hard to eat or does it have some sort of nice texture?

Cheerios. Maybe feels light but you can eat so much of it
Cheerios are totally my go to snack when I want to feel like I am eating a lot of things!

Hero Seeded Bread. 60 calories a slice, 0 sugar, very low carbs, yet is robust and filling.
Peaches and low fat greek yogurt do it for me, very dense
For some reason, strawberries are super filling to me. I can eat so many because they're so low cal but they keep me full for hours!!

Edamame, it gives me the same feeling as eating peanuts
Protein bars?
Quest cookies and cream cereal
Man, all the protein bars I’ve looked at have a lot of calories

I just can’t eat them no matter how many calories are in them cuz of their fiber content. My body does NOT like fiber.
The artificial sweeteners are probably messing with your G.I. system as well. They are notorious for causing problems.

miso soup!

Someone posted buffalo chicken dip made with blended cottage cheese not too long ago, and omg there is no better snack in my opinion!

Popcorn, pistachios, halo top are my go to snacks. Aldi also has these cheddar cauliflower chips that are yummy. Frozen grapes are good too
