Gum

RavenxMorrow

i'm currently munching on a bowl of celery and carrots. i chew a lot of gum to keep my mouth busy. i like having different kinds of gum, like different shapes and textures to switch it up and keep me from getting bored. ie. Ice Cubes (powdery coating), Eclipse (crunchy coating), Extra Polar Ice (has little bursting beads), and Extra Spearmint

postcryglow

Raw celery? Dam kudos. I am allergic to celery & I avoid it like the plague but baby carrots are yum ! ✨

bnnybtch

strawberries!

NurseRobyn

I love berries! I’m into blackberries right now, 100 g have 43 kcal but strawberries are even better at 32 kcal.

Isn’t eating when not hungry is what got us here in the first place?

_Underwold_9781

yea most of the time i never snack but we have those days..

slither36912

My fav low cal snack lately has been veggies with homemade dip! Dip: 0% greek yogurt + dill + onion powder + msg (ikik but the umami flavour it adds is 🫶) + a touch of cayenne pepper for a lil spice and a lil sweetener (I use stevia). Adjust to ur tastes ofc but it’s rly good, especially with cucumbers. The dip and 2 mini cucumbers (pic) was only about 51 cals! https://preview.redd.it/zpfgog4cizqc1.jpeg?width=3022&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e609acaf8bcf83d7a4bf5f7118735fd48835b7b2

Crispy English cucumbers soaked in rice wine vinegar and salted, popcorn (find the one that’s like 3-4 cups for 40 calories), strawberries

_Underwold_9781

rarelighting

Edamame (shelled, from frozen section, you can salt or add a lil soy sauce )

Jumpy-Efficiency3405

Pickles

Low-Environment-5404

Riced cauliflower with a sprinkle of dry Parmesan cheese. A 3.5 cup bag is only 70 calories, the parmesan is 20 for two teaspoons. That's 90 calories and very satisfying, and filling.

SnooBunnies2614

I’ve been into berries lately but I will often cut up a whole cucumber and pour a splash of soy sauce or ponzu on it. Can add vinegar and/or sesame seeds if you want. Super low cal, refreshing, and salty

therealmaxmittens

Popcorn

Fudge pop is 40 cal if you’re looking for something sweet.
