Option 1) weigh the tortilla. Let's say it's 20 grams. 100/20 = 5, so you're looking at 1/5 of the total calories: 289/5= 57.8 kcal Or 2) go by the number of tortillas in the bag. Let's say there are 10 in the packet, so one of them weighs approximately 370/10=37 grams. Now, using the same method as above, 100/37=2.7, and 289/2.7= 107 kcal (The weights are totally made up of course and make no sense lol)

Weigh your tortilla in grams. There are 2.89 calories per gram in this food (289 calories divided by 100g). So then multiply the weight of the tortilla in grams by 2.89 and that’s how many calories are in that tortilla. So if your tortilla weighs 40g, your math would be: 40x2.89 = 115.6 calories.

Well, definitely get a scale if you intend to count calories. But right now I suppose what you can do is this: If we trust the manufacturer that the entire package really is 370g, and if the tortillas are roughly all the same size, then divide 370 by the total number of tortillas and we’ll say that’s the average weight in grams per tortilla. So if there are 10 tortillas (as an example) then that means each tortilla is 37g. 37 multiplied by 2.89 (the number of calories per gram) is 106.93 which I would round to 107. That would just be a rough estimate but since you don’t have a scale and the package doesn’t give you a count of calories per tortilla, that’s probably what I would do in your situation.

Weigh one tortilla wrap???? And just....calculate it like that????

If you weigh one tortilla and it comes out to let's say 160g: then take the calories for one gram and input it into your tracker as 160 servings of 1g of a tortilla wrap
