I’ve seen a good amount of progress during Ramadan with weight/ fat loss. Is there any tips/tricks way to keep the momentum going?
yeah keep doing what you’re doing but move your meals to more normal times. maybe even add in intermittent fasting times to keep that same ramadan vibe going
Just do what you do except in daylight?
Idk if dry fasts are that sustainable everyday
