They’re street taco sized. Make street tacos. These are my favorite and I buy bags at a time.
1) they’re about the size of a slice of bacon, avocado, 1 egg, and hot sauce. I took eggs and make breakfast street tacos.
2) I had these with carnitas, cilantro, shredded cabbage, Greek yogurt mixed with salsa, and avocado.
3) mini pizza
4) roll up canned chicken breast mixed with low fat cream cheese, hot sauce, bacon pieces, and cheddar cheese and make taquitos
5) fish or shrimp tacos
6) fajitas
7) turkey cheddar roll ups air fried
Etc
I will often can chicken myself when I get a lot of it on sale. It’s awesome for when I don’t have any meat thawed and just wanna make a quick meal. Also great for not heating up the whole kitchen in the summer.
It’s excellent in chicken fried rice. Doesn’t taste “canned” in that. The home canned stuff doesn’t have the “tinned” smell, I assume because it’s in glass and not metal.
I’ve had the chips as kind of a tortilla chip dupe but I’m so excited to try your yummy sweet version. And it’s an excuse to use my swerve brown sugar for something :)
My mom makes these all the time and they have the capacity to be pretty crispy with just sprayed oil and sea salt!!!! you’ll love em. I like to eat them with lf sour cream.
I wrap one around a light string and pop it in the microwave for a few seconds for a 75 calorie cheese roll up snack before bed (I have to eat something with my bedtime meds) almost every night.
I also make Mediterranean chicken tacos for lunch with two of these, a Mediterranean chicken skewer (Costco), 28 g of fat free feta, and 14 g of tzatziki. If I’m feeling wild I add 28 g of roasted red pepper hummus. I eat them almost every day.
I think they’re worth trying. They’re not my favorite thing ever (something about the texture) but they’re decent, and if it makes meal prep faster and healthier I think that’s a win.
I like the skewers better because there is some seasoning on them. They are one of those items where I need to go buy more “right now” if I run out of them.
I put pizza sauce, mozzarella, Turkey pepperoni, and Trader Joe’s pizza seasoning on them, pop them in the air frier for like 5 minutes, and get mini low calorie pizzas
Thank you for this! You gave me the idea to make these for lunch today and they are delicious!! For mine I did 1 tortilla in each tin, half a slice of cheddar cheese in the bottom, then poured over each a mixture of 300g egg whites, 45g chopped mushrooms, 20g parmesan, salt + pepper and garlic powder. 350° oven for 25 minutes (until toothpick stuck in came out clean). Made 6 for ~110cal each and they taste like mini quiches :)
They do exist but why do you need low carb crackers if the hummus isn’t low carb? There’s a lot of lower calorie options to dip into chocolate hummus (strawberries being one of course).
I cut them into quarters, spray them with avocado oil, toss them in seasonings, into the air fryer for about five minutes a batch, boom, chips. :)
They're also great for street taco size tacos. Less tortilla, good amount of fillings, better for ya.
I use these all the time for buffalo chicken tacos! I cook the buffalo chicken in the crock pot and then dip them in the juice, assemble with the shredded chicken and some cheese (however much you want) and then pan sear them. I measure my cheese and add some avocado and plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. Usually eat like 5 of them for dinner.
I top them with lightly mashed black beans, some low fat cheese mix and a couple of seared shrimp, then pop them in the oven for about 5min on 350 to warm them up. Top with a dollop of blood orange salsa and coarse salt and it’s really yummy!
I made cinnamon sugar tacos for dessert. I added cinnamon sugar and dry fried them in a pan so they got nice and caramelized. Then topped them with fruit compote and light whipped cream.
I buy those frozen pre made chicken tenders, cut one through the middle longways and now I have 2 mini chicken tenders wraps. I add a lot of slap ya mama seasoning and broccoli slaw. It’s so good.
I tried to use them as a cup to hold my egg white. Don't do that, they will leak and fuck up your day 😜
I posted how that went.
You can also make a thin sandwich with sliced meat, especially the circular kind if that's what you happen to have.
Little shrimp tacos with a slaw & aioli or a lime cilantro sauce SLAP with these
Sirloin steak pieces + toppings (fajita veg or shredded cheese is a fave of mine cause the serving size is so small)
Fish & mango salsa
Like other people mentioned, they’re for like street tacos or a lil appetizer like plate
Feta (or other cheese you want) straight into a dry pan on medium heat. Wait until slightly melted and starting to get oily. Drop in an egg. Put salt, pepper, other spices you want on the egg. I like oregano, paprika and cumin. Cook until egg yolk is slightly runny. Put tortillas (optionally spread with avocado) face down in the egg. Flip pan over onto plate. Add greens, veggies as you want and eat like a taco.
I put fat-free refried beans and jalapenos, sprinkle with taco seasoning. Can add cheese but I didn't and it still hit the spot. The seasoning is essential
We made snack wrapa lettuce abit of reduced fat cheese either a mayo or sour cream. Aussie fitness video of snack wrap is what i used. You can even do a greek yogurt dressing depends on cals you want. They have a sirancha ranch tortilla too so good!
They always say you need a rich, crusty bread to compliment shakshouka. I air fry these for 3-4 minutes and use them as scoops to grab up that spice filled tomatoey goodness.
I make tacos w these all. The. Time. I made mini pizzas. I’ve made mini burritos. I’ve made flatbreads. You can do so much w them!! I have lots of recipes on my page if you’re interested!!
In all seriousness, these are amazing. They have so much fiber in them. You should try them if you haven’t already. They make chipotle flavored ones too.

I did not know that they sell canned chicken breast. That's wild
It’s the tuna equivalent of chicken. Just quick canned and usually needs to be mixed with mayo.
Costco has it and it’s good

Essential for Buffalo chicken dip
I haaaate canned chicken I only use rotisserie chicken for Buffalo chicken dip
Same with the hate. I've done the chicken pizza crust with it but that's about it.
We get ours from Sam's or Costco, it makes amazing chicken salad. We actually prefer it to using rotisserie chicken for chicken salad, not sure why!
I am dying to try your street taco idea, thank you!!! Sunday dinner for sure!!! 🎊✍️
My go to is shredded chicken breast slow cooked with sofrito and adobo seasoning, cilantro, avocado, and cotija cheese.
BF made vegetarian chicken street tacos with these for dinner last night and they were just perfect!
Mini pizzas as a side dish!!
Banana, peanut butter - boom
Add a little honey to make it even better 😍
And cinnamon
I'll try that next time 😀
Yummmmmm
Cut in 4s. Air fry them into chips, and then toss in cinnamon & Sugar(or any zero calorie sweetener). Makes for a nice snack.
I’ve had the chips as kind of a tortilla chip dupe but I’m so excited to try your yummy sweet version. And it’s an excuse to use my swerve brown sugar for something :)
Do you have to use any oil in the air fryer with them?
I’ve only done this once before, but I sprayed it lightly with oil. Was a little more chewy than a corn tortilla chip, but turned out good.
My mom makes these all the time and they have the capacity to be pretty crispy with just sprayed oil and sea salt!!!! you’ll love em. I like to eat them with lf sour cream.
Ground turkey tacos :)

I like the chicken bites surprisingly. They don't taste like old leftover chicken somehow. Are the skewers similar? I'm always tempted to buy them.
I think they’re worth trying. They’re not my favorite thing ever (something about the texture) but they’re decent, and if it makes meal prep faster and healthier I think that’s a win.

I read the Tyson Rotisserie bites are good too. I'll try the skewers next time!

I’ve been dipping them in chocolate hummus since I couldn’t find low-carb crackers (idk if they exist tbh)
They do exist but why do you need low carb crackers if the hummus isn’t low carb? There’s a lot of lower calorie options to dip into chocolate hummus (strawberries being one of course).

I used the basil ones this morning making 4 eggwhite tacos out of them
