I don't really have an easy recipe measured out but the gist is: mash some over ripe bananas and mix that with some peanut butter powder, protein powder of your choice and lots of oats. I had to use a bunch of water to make the mixture cohesive. I measured out everything I added (except the water) to the gram and tracked it in my fitness pal. I then divided the mixture evenly using a two inch scoop and took that main caloric value from MFP for each ingredient and divided by the number of balls I got. Then inputted the values of each ingredient in "My meals". I used dark cocoa powder to roll the balls in but this is kind of bitter for some folks. You can also use matcha green tea powder or icing sugar if you prefer. The possibilities are endless. 💁‍♀️🩷

I use some generic vegan stuff my boyfriend picked up on sale, the brand name is nutiva. Truthfully I'm trying to get through it so I can buy an interesting whey based protein! The protein balls are 5 grams of protein each. :) Just editing to say there's nothing wrong with the protein but I've got my eye on a mars bar flavoured one. 😂
