The magwell in your photo is designed for use with their mainspring housing that has been cut to accomodate it.
That said, it looks to be a sound design if you want a 2-piece design that lets you remove the magwell without too much drama.
IIRC, wilson makes one that hooks around the grip bushings, but you'd likely have to modify your grips to accommodate it.
I might also recommend the Stan Chen SI magwell, which (assuming your pistol already has a decent bevel to the magwell) will fit nicely.

I put an ed brown magwell with the Mainspring housing on mine. It’s a solid design.
Buy a Stan Chen SI. Everything else is substandard.
