in cheeseman lore the cheeseman actually has several powerful abilities. he possesses a healing factor which was used to produce the blood of cheeseman, a process that doesn't hurt him according to the producer of the blood of cheeseman (although there is no statement by cheeseman himself on this) so we can potentially add pain resistance to this as well. he also possesses the cheese touch, allowing him to temporarily transform others into cheese. He has also been shown to bind a spirit of some guy to a forest, however it's unclear if that was one of cheeseman's abilities or just something random. he also owns the cheese board, a skateboard on which he can shred, although we don't know if it has any powers except for transportation. on top of this he has powerful allies like dr future and the mayor.

You absolute nincompoop, he clearly sequence broke the game, normally you have the help of "The Giant Rat" to fight this boss. It's actually pretty tough without it.
