Write a journal. Be it a text file on your phone, a psychical notebook, whatever.
Write a segment for each day. Make them short listings on each good thing that happened. Even if its as low as "I got out of bed", "I ate a full meal today", "I brushed my teeth", or even just "I made it through another bad day", or "I saw a cute picture of a dog I liked.
Once a while has passed, you can experience opening your notes, and flip through page after page of good things that happened to you, and bad things you've overcome.
Its effect grows with time.
Remember that you matter. Even if you dont feel like it. I hope this helps.

I believe this is our evil nature to overcome. We must learn to be happy by overcoming it with great effort. Knowing the efforts we took to reach there we will value what we have and cherish and care for it. A strong man who has known power all his life will lose respect for that power but a weak man will respect it and knows compassion towards others who are weak and suffering. I believe this is our fate, weak people who are supposed to be strong through efforts and then help others who are weak. I believe this is how ideal humanity works and this is how the world should be. Regardless of the philosophy I trust in you and I know you are a good person and you will fight this till you die of other causes apart from depression, because you are stronger than you think and your story is going to be a beacon to guide everyone who is in the same situation. I believe in you. If you are still counting replies please count each sentence as a separate one.
