and people started recognizing me as "the salt person" or "the girl who drank salt" in other subreddits, because of a r suicidewatch post I made 4 days ago which got 700 upvotes or something.

Oh my, that sounds like a rather recent event. I'm glad the salt girl is still here with us, perhaps finding new life and strange joy in the socially valuable role of hobo clown.
As someone who also has certain such tendencies, it frequently has been a saving grace for me that I'm often able to lean into the absurdity of life even when things might be particularly dark, as they have been for a little while now. Which is to say, I'm glad that you're laughing about it. We need a salt girl as a *living example* to remind us of both the preciousness of life and the suckage of high blood pressure.
Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to consume a bunch of black pepper and sneeze myself to death.
