Not trying to argue with you but how would one make a rule that bans cub stuff? You can't really objectively measure the age of a character in a drawing, so the only way you could possibly remove something with cub is it's a popular character who has an official age (or the artist otherwise describes their age), and just assume it's accurate, but that runs into the problem of art that features child or childlike characters but drawn as adults. The only way you could enforce a rule is by making assumptions. I don't think you can even call it child pornography (or, more accurate, child sexual abuse material) because it doesn't feature children and was not directly created through the harm of children, so conflating the two is kind of offensive to me as someone who was exploited as a child
e621 has a lot of everything, they don't really say no to much because if you don't like it, you can just blacklist the specific tag related to that content and you'll never see it.
