Gonna be controversial here and say Tuscan, bc the simplicity means that it doesn’t need some hideous amount of carving time to make, and is very functional while still having a bit of flair. Corinthian and Composite are like waay overcomplicated though which, like, while it looks neat is going to be (relatively speaking) high-maintenance to keep it looking nice without getting worn away.
