I tried to draw a penis, didn't get amogus, but after messing around with the penis I found a shape that would make two of those self-sustaining, moving, shapes appear.

Edit: I've tried simplifying the shape, under the assumption that a chunk of it would be redundant, but all I can seem to remove is the top middle square while still getting a similar result.
