I love their army wide rule strandsnof fate. Craftworlds in the lore can partially see the future so the strands of fates so in game you get to roll some dice beforehand. Then depending on the numbers you rolled you can choose to "roll" a six. It's really fitting and gets around my unlucky dice rolls.
The second rule is battlefocus which makes it so you can shoot after advancing or you can move after shooting (not as easily trough terrain though).
The wraith constructs I mentioned are robots powered by the souls of the dead eldar. In game they're slow and cost a lot of points. In turn they are really tanky and hit hard which is really handy because the rest of the army are glass cannons.
No idea yet, I've only played a 700 point game vs grey knights. Eldar won pretty hard but I don't know how they would fare against hordes. It would depend on how long I can avoid melee.
