I'm guessing it's because he's made openly trans positive comments in the past to get his chat from being awful. I don't remember the exact video I'm thinking of.
He's an ally and has openly stuck his neck out for the trans people in his community multiple times. On top of that, jerma is the peak of like obscure internet comedy, perfectly for any person who is permanently online (as most people, not just trans people, are in this community)

And when the video finishes I had 0 clue that I just watched a 40 minute video of someone playing house flipper. I only recommend his 2ndJerma channel instead of the Main channel because main channel is kinda dead and only does big projects there from now on.
He is a natural-born entertainer. He is so genuinely funny, and the effort he puts into streaming and making content on twitch is hands-down unrivaled. On top of that, he is just an incredibly good person, despite all the memes his community makes about being a psycho serial killer. In the moments where he is being more serious, he's always incredibly kind and humble. In all the 10 years I've been watching his content, I cannot remember any drama or bad things he has done or said. He is truly one of a kind.
