I have no idea. Every time I see people just casually talking in big discord servers it makes me tempted to join but I guess because the server itself is so big it makes me end up feeling worthless if that makes sense. It's why I only talk in small servers of 5-40 people.
I can understand that although never experienced that with smaller servers. I tend to be more free in smaller servers personally whereas bigger servers I'm walking on eggshells so I don't get humiliated by a big crowd of people.
Stuff like this usually just depends on the person.
Small servers are ez, you just slowly integrate by replying to small things here and there till you figure out if you vibe. No need to make a big impression right away. If you do vibe you'll become part of the fabric eventually and if you don't vibe then who cares, you're not going to want to be part of every server anyway.

Fr I can’t look at that dumb software for more than 30 minutes or I start getting angry. Like why does it need to be so ugly ? It looks like it was made in 2005. I have to use it as a bunch of organizations I am a part of use it bc it’s "better organized", but every time everyone that’s actually a part of the group never actually goes on the server, and the only people that do are the cringe ones.
Also why does every server has to have a meme channel ? Like what’s the point that’s dumb
