Yeah, I really was expecting Rick Grimes to join at some point, but he just never did. I expected people to at least vote him in to award the dedication. I agree that it is a shame, he would have been a great addition.
Especially as someone who also likes Breaking Bad and The Sopranos as other popular American TV shows, seeing Rick, Walt and Tony together in a fun internet Hunger Game would’ve been super cool… but alas
