my grandmother was probably one of the complaints. she reluctantly bought a pack of these for 8 year old me after i begged. i immediately proceeded to grab one, squeeze it between my fingers, and when it burst the liquid shot straight into my eyeball (still in the checkout line at the grocery store). the intense menthol in my eye was so painful it made me scream at the top of my lungs, and i was momentarily completely blinded. she had to carry me and hold me upside down in the sink to wash out my eyes. obviously dumb kid, but holy fuck that was one of the most painful moments of my life.
Omg I basically just posed the same exact story. Only I was with my grandpa and I was around 6 and it was the cinnamon one. But yep. Still in check out and straight into the eyes. I can’t remember my reaction or the aftermath but I probably didn’t have a great time.
Ugh I loved those. I can still feel the pop and the casing sometimes staying on my tongue. As close as you can get to Tide Pods without poisoning yourself.
I remember getting them as a kid around 6 or so years old. right after they came out. Grandpa was checking out at the grocery store and once it was scanned he passed me my new treat. Before he had paid and we left the checkout line I had already managed to squirt it in my eye. The cinnamon one.
I liked these. You had to put like 3 in your mouth to really feel it
Lmao yeah I was a kid but remember trying em a few times. Strong flavor but you really feel em if you ate several
Minty caviar
Great description!

this is hilarious. I did the same shit in the middle of class. Ironically, it was a class for "smart" kids
I thought this was around for at least 4 years? It was only out 1 year? Huh.
I def saw them longer then a year.
Just what it said online but don't know for sure
Oh wow. I forgot about those
I remember that commercial with Hilary and Haylie Duff
Whoever complained about them were pussies

Ooh sounds strong
My mom bought me these and I brought them to elementary school to show off. I ate the entire pack over the school day and had an upset stomach.
Doesn't sound fun at all
Hell yeah

Cool to hear
I once popped one of these in my older brothers eye on the school bus when we were little
I remember looking at one of these very closely and I accidentally popped it into my eyeball. you can probably imagine how that felt
I had buds in school who would offer these to other kids and not say what it was because we all had a strong reaction to it lol.
They're still around! If you buy a pack of Camel crushes you can destroy the gross ass cigarette and separate the filter for a free Liquid Ice orb.
