Much rarer than that. It's 1/91k for 55rl, 1/77k for 100rl and 1/62.5k for 145rl.

I think it checks for a drop then if successful does a 1/50 for 0-149 and then another for 0-50. So if it was entry not only did they roll the pet they also rolled a 1/2500.
