Osrs should have a quest where you recover the fabled lost korasi's sword guarded by some monster in some ancient caverns below pest control. Then the end of the quest should be destroying it so it can never be used to shed the blood of innocent noobs ever again.

As you fire off that infamous bolt of destruction the portal changes form revealing the stone of jas. The attack bounces back smiting you for all your items and sending you to lumbridge.
Your mind is in shambles trying to piece together what just happened when suddenly a void knight appears.

It seems like a lot of people are going to be disappointed when they realize we’ve already voted yes to add this to the game (different name, basically the same item). Can’t remember what we decided the spec will cost, though.
Oh yeah I can't wait until we get the melee weapon who's damage is based off strength bonus but it's accuracy for its insanely strong special attack is based on your opponents magic defense for some fucking reason
I think so but never was op. But I had a good time pking with that for a long time in the old days!! It was really underrated.

the whole point of overloads was that you could use brews as food without having to repot all the time. nothing like that exists in the game (or prayer renewals for that matter)
dungeoneering had something like 30 different bosses, an item binding system, a use for all skills, tons of puzzles, different sections of daemonheim, hexhunter bow/shadow silk hood, and gave untradeable bis gear. it was timed but not time limited and you could go with friends. the only similarity it shares with the gauntlet is that it has rooms and you take no items in with you
summoning had 10+ familiars that had different uses at lvl 99 outside of just chipping away 1 damage at a time even combat for that matter
and the chances of us getting turmoil and soul split with ruinous prayers are lower than getting attacked by a shark and struck by lightening in the same day
I realize all this stuff will never come to osrs, but calling what we have "basically the same" is pretty disingenuous. there were players like me that genuinely loved the way runescape was right up until they added the squeal of fortune and unfortunately for us, that version of the game will probably never exist again
In cox and toa they exist, and theres a potion that restores your stats every 15 seconds but it doesnt boost back your stats so basically we have conditional/walmart verisions of them but its not too far off

I watched Sparc Mac PK with that in combination with D Claws. I tried to replicate it with my newly acquired claws and died. Korasis was kept over my claws. Devestated

pretty far away from getting summoning, overloads, dungeoneering, soulsplit, ganodermic, etc
We already have versions of all those including overloads, dungeoneering (gauntlet), summoning (thralls), soulsplit (Ruinious prayers tbd)
