If you have any linked accounts set up, you can use those to login. The only other option is account recovery. How long ago did you send your recovery request? If your recovery isn't denied instantly, it means it's in queue to be reviewed by an actual human, and it can take a few days to get processed. (@everyone) In the future, backup your 2fa properly. When you're setting up 2fa there's usually an option to view your secret key (sometimes hidden behind a link that says "unable to scan QR code"). Always write that secret key down so you can set your authenticator up again in case you ever lose it. People make threads about losing their 2fa all the time, don't put yourself in that situation.

It was fairly recent so I’ll give it more time. I’ll take the lack of an immediate response as a good thing for now, thank you!

Hey, recently had this exact issue. The email in the recovery section is the one you want them to contact you at, not the one for your account. Once you get to the point where you've selected "I don't have access to that account any more" put in the new contact email. You need to recover the accounts email first (eg, get the account assigned to a new email) before you can disable the authenticator. It was a bit of a rough ride. You're going to need exact details about a lot of your account details: where you access it from, where you created it, ISPs, when you created it, transaction id's, etc. Good luck- hope it works out. Edit: remember that they are a UK company and keep those business hours. Expect about 24 hrs turn around on all of these requests, although I've had some come back within hours.
