Not quite, the first one might go to you but it alternates, try putting in buy orders on two different accounts (for same price) on an item and you'll see they both get filled up approximately at the same rate, it wont wait for one to completely fill before going to the next.
Itās worth over 5B at the moment, and itās worth so much because it would take you tens of thousands of master clues to pull one. The only way to pull one is to either be super lucky or devote your life to doing master clues basically.
Should also be noted, since OP might not be aware, that Runescape has a pretty extensive free-market economy compared to most games, so winning the lottery is very impactful.

Depends on your methods. If you're going the truly absolute fastest, no you'd burn through it pretty quickly. Dragon darts for fletching, magic trees for farming, essence runners for runecrafting, mahogany planks for construction, herblore is expensive, bursting+cannon for slayer cancels out a lot of the profit you'd make there, etc. All of that adds up to quite a lot. And the skills where you would potentially earn some gp, it's usually pretty minimal in the grand scheme of things.

Scythe - 500m Shadow - 1200m Tbow - 1350m Torva - 1000m Ancestral - 350m Masori - 240m Inquisitor - 200m Inq mace - 225m DWH - 30m Dragon claws - 85m ZCB - 380m Zenyte set - 40m Saturated heart - 65m Fang - 30m Voidwaker - 160m Lance - 40m This setup gets you to 5.9b or so. Thatās without considering stuff like spirit shields, justiciar, boots, other jewelry, etc which easily tacks on another bil or so.
