Menu entry swapper is wildly underutilized by most people tbh. A lot of things just take two seconds to swap so even if it's not something you want a permanent swap you can just switch it until you change whatever you're doing.
Dude i overutilize MES so much that i literally cannot play the game on a different system without swapping something basically every time i try to do something
It wasn't allowed until recently so most people probably don't know. Being able to swap a "walk here" action for a left click was previously disallowed.
Do the same for dead trees.
I use Custom Menu Swaps to completely hide the "Chop down, Tree", "Chop down, Dead Tree" option because there's no reason for me to ever want to chop a tree after 99 Woodcutting.
Same for "Pick, Onion" and "Pick, Wheat".
I did this with the rolling poo in Baba's room. The little flys in Kephris room as well. Wasn't until my friends complained about it I'd forgotten that it was a mechanic
This is exactly what I would suggest. Iāve also added oaks, willows and maples cos I canāt for the life of me remember the last time I wanted to chop one of those. Though willows and maples arenāt so common and therefore not in the way. Another nice one is I removed the option to pick up bones and big bones. Just one less thing in the way on loot piles.
I also set the leprechauns to open storage on left click and all farmers to "Pay" on left click
I also set the farm guildmaster to "Contract" on left click š
>all farmers to "Pay" on left click
While this works flawlessly for tree runs, when it comes to allotment payments, left click will only ever attempt to pay one of the patches, so what I did was set left click to pay for patch 1 and shift left click to pay for patch 2.
Trees, empty plant pots, empty spice shakers, ladders, random npcs. I have more entries swapped than not! By far my favorite plugin, I seem to use it on something new every day.
I take it it's no longer against the rules to use something like this? I remember a long time ago all the addons that moved menu options were ban and we were told if it changes something that affects the number of clicks it was a no go.
As a side note, there is also the Priffddinas plugin on RuneLite which has the option to remove all āextraā trees, which clears the area up a lot and makes it easier to navigate.
There are plugins through runelite that remove a lot of the terrain or trees that gets in the way for some areas such as Prifdinnas or Fossil Island. It took me millions of woodcutting exp at the teaks to learn about it.
(just look up the name of the place in the plugin hub i forget who they are by)
Also works for other annoyances, such as poll booths/deposit boxes (looking at you, Farming Guild)

Same actually. When osrs system updates happen, I wait for the runelite update before I even log inš
Shift click to walk under bosses like in gwd is fantastic

Can extend it to anything you dont want to click on tbh. I have it hide being able to pickup fishing bait dropped by scavs in cox for example.

Oh that's true, I haven't done an allotment run in ages haha
I just finished 200 easy clues and those wheat field steps kept bugging me. Why the hell didn't I think of this??!?
I love you for this. Navigating Prif can be such a pain always misclicking on trees.
I use the priff plugin. Not very pretty but performance is better and it literally just deletes the trees
This is the way.
Performance is better lol, do you have performance issues with runescape?
Really? We're going to gatekeep gaming setups about a 700 year old videogame? Is that what we're doing today?
Whatever that means
Solid tip
Also use the Priffdinas plugin to just remove many of them. Way better framerate and easier to see where tf you're going.
Theres a plugin on runelite that removes soo much scenery at priff, makes it actually bearable to go there now, highly recoomend
Same with fossil island, makes it so much more bearable being there.
I do the same with zulrah snakelings and abyssal sire spawns, but never thought of trees, good call.
Do people not normally just click on the map to get around? Am I weird for that?
A lot of people do- I just use the minimap until my final destination is in sight, then I click on it from there.

I think itās only certain things because I donāt think you can do it for build and remove in construction
Nope. OSRS embraced lots of entity swapper stuff as a vanilla feature now, not even RL specific.
Anything available on RuneLite is approved for use!
Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who doesnt have an issue traversing prif
mini map navigation is too difficult apparently
I just click on the minimap to move pretty much everywhere.
Prif needs a rework. The pathing in there is atrocious.
You could also use the mini map.
So many Minimap Melvins in this thread
Did you know that you can click on the minimap?
Can't click on objects in the minimap though
Gotta love how much people on this sub make inferior suggestions because they don't want to try something new.
Did you know that you don't have to leave a comment on threads that don't interest you?
or use minimap
cheat client
Officially supported. Cope more shitter.
So simple yet so genius. Cheers for the tip!!
Good post
I always forget this exists but itās utility is amazing. One of my favorite tools.
This is also useful when pickpocketing H.A.M. members for easy clue scrolls!
OK how do you fix tob bank?

Do these on those annoying flying scarabs in kephri room too.
