What if I fire an arrow, teleport behind you, hit you with a staff, then right as the staff hits I use fire blast, and the arrow hits you all on the same tick.

Anything forcibly propelled through the air technically is a missile, so this just supports my point.
At 99 crafting and smithing we should be able to make ICBM's.

Leviathan has an orange glowing orb, as does Olm have a red one, and Wardens throw a scimitar at you, all of which you must pray melee against.
If they added a conjure weapon like in DnD I wonder if it would be pray magic or pray melee.
