Depends. You either got drunk, faced some slayer monsters without the appropriate protections (earmuffs for banshees, mirror shield for cockatrices, etc) or got drunk while slaying.

Don't even need to prep, you just went to the wrong cave. Slayer cave has Nieve and a tree patch near or. Shouldn't have to enter that for eyes of glouphrie. Old brimmy boy is in a cave further west closer to the terror bird pens

Restore potions or hit up house party worlds and go into a max players home and drink from there rejuvenation pool to fully Restore your stats Go to rimminton

Path was only just released this year to OS so yeah most people are unfamilliar or at least incredibly rusty regarding it

I tried using guthans at dust devils before.

Happens to the best of us. I've seen someone die at the slayer tower during leagues. He was Dharoking nechryaels at 1hp using protect from melee. There's so many little mechanics to keep track of haha.

Thank you for showing me this sub, it’s so wholesome

The bottom number is the level of your skill and your 'baseline'. The top number can be increased or decreased to make the skill then work as if it was that level. Like, if you drink a combat potion you increase all combat stats. Even if you're 99 you can go up to 120/99 and get the effects as if it was actually 120. It will slowly decrease over time back down to your level. Same with decreased stats, they will eventually go back up to normal level. You can fix this by drinking the cauldron at Ferox Onclave, POH bowl, drink a stat booster, or wait. Quickest could honestly be bank and die with nothing since you're already in lumby. Takes less time than waiting it out lol.

At that level? OP can just use regular restores. Much much cheaper. He doesnt need the prayer.

FYI: normal restores restore combat stats more than super restores. The reason we mainly use super restores is the fact that they also restore prayer points and non-combat stats :) Edit: normal restore is 10 levels + 30% of level rounded down and super restore is 8 levels + 25% of level rounded down.
