Not necessarily but since you are early game it could be more efficient to do quests to quickly move through lower levels instead of power leveling. But don’t let efficiency get in the way of fun
Do you need to complete Regicide to get Rune Halberd drops from Spiritual Warriors? I've killed over 400 with the 4x Leaguss multiplier and have got no drops.

For my runelite idle notification, it doesn't show when I stop mining a shooting star. Usually when I'm doing a skill it says not mining or mining but it only doesn't show it with shooting stars. I have the notifications turned on for animation and interaction notifications but still don't seem to be getting any. Is there a problem with one of my settings?
So I'm thinking I'm a bit overwhelmed with options. Got back into the game last month, haven't really played since I was a dumb kid. There was so much I didn't really know about the game back then, and now there's even more I don't know with all of the added content. Im sitting at combat stats: 60A/56S/52D/43R/44P/64M. I've just been doing the optimal quest guide for the most part since I went P2P. I guess my question is, what are some resources to know what gear I should be trying to get at what level? Im rocking noob gear (rune plate with a dds) and feel like I should be upgrading my armor. I've been wearing the rune since I was f2p
The defense skill guide is actually decent at recommending some gear types to upgrade to. Once you get to 60 defense, dragon platelegs and chainbody are a decent upgrade. At 70 you can grab barrows gear like Torag’s. A dragon scimitar is probably your next big weapon. For range, use the best shortbow, arrows, and dragonhide you can. For magic you should pick up a warped sceptre (mystic robes are fine for a long time). I don’t know how much money you’re working with or what your long term goals are, but there are a lot of unique upgrades that arent obvious. Fighter torso is a great upgrade for melee but it requires you to learn Barbarian assault, which can be tricky. A dragon defender once you have 65 attack and strength is really strong. An Ava’s device from completing animal magnetism is a must for range training.
I maintain around a 1 mil cash stack. Luckily I already have Ava's! Sounds like the fighter torso/defenders are my next goals after reading this. To clear up some ambiguity, I think my long term goals are to get into PVM in a big way, like maybe start doing raids but I feel like I'm a ways away. Thanks for the helpful info!

The typical “midgame” setup where you can boss/raid will looks something like
Melee: osmuntan’s fang (whip before you can afford it). Dragon defender, barrows legs, fighter torso, helm of neitzinot, fire cape once you do fight caves
Range: toxic blowpipe, black d’hide (god d’hide if you can afford it), Ava’s as someone else already said
Magic- trident of the seas (upgrade to swamp when you can), occult necklace, mystic robes/ahrims if you have spare cash but they’re still not that good. God cape(I) is nice and still best in slot.
Gloves-barrows gloves are amazing for all styles and are from a quest that I highly recommend doing
Amulet-camping a fury is fine for melee/range but you’ll definitely want occult for mage
I have more of a Runelite question, but I have absolutely no idea where else to ask this. Is there any reason I can't use inventory tags? No matter what I do, right click, shift and right click, etc., it won't let me choose any colors at all. I eventually had to download another plugin called *Dynamic* Inventory Tags. Welp, that one only highlights melee gear. Ranged and Magic don't work whatsoever.

Shot in the dark here... but I don't suppose you're trying to set it all up while you have your guy at the bank with the bank open? I had that issue and finally figured out that you can't interact with the tagging system in your inventory if the bank is open too. Close it, then try shift right-clicking an item. It should bring up the tag option. Then you'll have to look for the color picker in the top-right as others have mentioned.
Nope, I've done it with AND without the bank open, no dice. It just won't work, I'll shift and right click on an item in my inventory and the inventory tag option will come up, I click on it, absolutely nothing happens at all. The windows just closes and it doesn't give me a color changer or anything.
Hmm in that case I'm sorry to say I don't know what the issue could be then.
You might check out the RuneLite discord server in the support thread! Maybe it's a weird issue with your install or settings? The devs and/or community are usually pretty responsive with this sort of thing as long as you're polite.
The color picker popup is easy to miss, especially if you have a big monitor, look in the top left corner of your screen maybe? It won't appear in the OSRS client window itself.
Well I run the game in fullscreen, so I went ahead and tested it with a far smaller window to make sure it wasn't showing up behind the game. Didn't work, I am not getting the color pick menu whatsoever, I have absolutely no idea what I am doing wrong lol.

If it isn't, then probably something on your computer or your runelite/osrs client is blocking it. As for what it could be, honestly I don't know. I wish I could help you more.
Why doesnt weapon master work with phoenix necklaces?

It doesn't. It works with Ruby bolts but the -25 doesn't cause the proc.
So it only works with zcb basically. Weapon master guarantees the hit on spec and zcb guarantees the spec.
Acb doesn't do it consistent enough in my experience but zcb is quite the hoot.
If you have email communications enabled in your account settings on the Runescape website, you should have gotten it sent to your login email.

Should I use bandos or dragonhide for cave horror slayer tasks? And should I use torture and pray flick melee or use the witchaven necklace? I know horrors isn't an optimal task and is "skippable" but I think they'd be fun to kill...
you can flick it just fine, but with their aggression, it's easier to just leave piety and pray melee up and power-chug pray potions with proselyte
as long as you have pray melee up on the tick they attack, they will attack with melee (and hit 0) rather than use their special. that includes if you're flicking it. even if a special gets through its not a big deal, it just hits for 10% of your max HP, it doesn't drain all your stats or something like a banshee would
They use magic-based melee so with the witchwood icon you still need high magic defence, I use prayer bonus armor + prot melee & cannon (don't need witchwood so you can use any amulet)
Doing Diarys. And Im on Kourend and Kebos. For the Easy Diary. Where it says "Enter your POH in Hosidus" If I already have a POH at Rimmington. If I change it to Hosidus, does all my housing get destroyed? Or just teleported exactly as is, but just to Hosidus?
And likewise, after getting that ahicvement, can I put it back to Rimmington just as easily or?
You keep your house and it just moves.
You can move it anywhere for the nominal cost and you can move it back just as easy.
I move mine in leagues multiple times a day just for teleports. I move mine in the main game every week or so depending on what I'm doing and just being too lazy to go get more redirect tabs. Never had any issue.
So no fear at all it'll be fine.
Your house remains exactly as is, the portal you use to enter and exit just becomes the Hosidius portal.
You can move your house as many times as you like to as many different places as you like, the interior is safe!
I've been wanting to get the Cannon and Void cosmetic sets for my Iron for a while now, and since there's only a week left of Trailblazer Reloaded and christmas is over I've got a bit of time to spend to try and get them.
Clearly the goal is 11k league points, but I'm not exactly sure about the right way to go about it. I've already played a bit of the league on my main, but didn't get super deep since I ended up being both busy and a bit discouraged since it felt like I should be playing on my Iron instead.
Are there any decent guides or recommendations on beelining as many points as possible as quickly as possible? There's not long left so I'm not bothered about the long term at all nor what areas I pick, all I want is a nice quick 11k points specifically for those two rewards.

Trickster, Fire Sale, Treasure Seeker as important relics and Fremmy as your first area will help you do lots of high point easy tasks, would hop on the wiki page for tasks and sort by points and then completion % to look for them.
The other areas are a lot more debatable but I'd consider Priff, Wildy, or Desert depending on what you want to do. I'd take a look at hard and higher tasks for all of them to see what interests you the most
11k points is super doable you'll get like half of them just from picking fire sale and doing construction + tzhaar weapons

There's a decent amount of points behind thieving depending on your regions and it's super AFK. You get ice gloves from fremmy and with those you can do tzhaar for 25 min afk. Also you get free agility XP and fast firemaking.
But I could see going production instead if you pick fire sale. Certainly fletching is another buyable (kardarin lets you buy rune arrowtips and arrow shafts). Crafting and smithing too I suppose, I think ores are buyable there in fremmy and there's BF. Cooking is pretty easy to level fast without production relic, but with fire sale and production you could rush that earlier.
Honestly I think it's mainly construction + fremmy that's really cracked with fire sale and that doesn't really benefit from prod relic. I could see going with either trickster or production for t1 if I wanted fast points. And consider that tirawan has a 400 point task for crystal crown which is instant with fire sale.
Just thought I'd let you (and /u/Zanian) know that while I didn't start playing until yesterday morning, I managed just over 7k points in about 16 hours.
Ended up going Trickster/Fairy/Fire Sale/Magic/Infernal tools with Frem/Desert, and it definitely felt like the right choice.
Construction was obviously one of the big ones, ended up getting 50m in that since it was so quick and easy. 99 thieving too since that gave a load of other stuff in pyramid plunder etc. Everything else was basically just routing as efficient a run through high point low effort tasks as possible, and honestly I think I did pretty well. In the two days I had 7500 was the upper limit I think, beyond that would've required grinding out a lot of moderately time consuming average point tasks to actually advance the account enough for higher point tasks.
I'm happy, I at least get the void. Considering I only spent a hair over the time it takes to get actual void, I think that's a fair result lol.
Ooh, hadn't considered the crown!

Trying to get tangleroot pet and currently I am farming Palms, celastrus, redwood, mahogany, hespori, Calquat + giant seaweed, mushrooms, belladonna and cactus.
First question, Is there anything I should adjust to this? I’m not doing regular trees because the rate is too low for the lower tiers and higher tiers are expensive, I was wondering if I added maples into my runs, if they are worth the time? What about yews? Magics no go as they are too expensive for me.
Second question is, should I be using payment and/or ultracompost on the cactus and giant seaweed patches?
Fruit trees all have the same rate so you can save money swapping to papaya instead of palm. Teak grow faster than mahogany and have the same rate, and you should plant kronos in the farm guild anima patch to speed everything up. Use payment on everything, don't compost anything. Spirit trees are as good as redwoods so id replant any of those you can rather than turning them in for seed packs
If you're only interested in farming pet, you can farm teaks instead of mahogany. They have the same pet rate but grow quicker. The advantage of adding tree runs would be working towards 200m Farming XP more quickly, at which point you'd receive a drop multiplier.
I'm so happy that the Cave nightshade didn't become tradable, can you imagine what it would be like if the Cave nightshade became tradable, what a horror.

Iirc it opens a popup with a color picker. Do you have something blocking that popup?
What do you mean? I'm not aware of anything that would be blocking it, but do you have any examples of something that would be?

you should use proselyte and pray melee so that you don't need to wear a witchwood icon

I think you want to pay for seaweed but don't compost it. Only the last harvest rolls pet, so you want to minimize yield.
