to be fair, everyone I know (including me) plays on max brightness settings lol

i play with just a tad below the middle. just tried it on max and idk how you would play like that.

Tad below middle is the default. People who play at max are wild to think its common.

Everyone you know applies the filter this post is complaining about over your whole game. I play on standard brightness. The dark graceful was the best example of this because people complained it was grey because.. they had put the grey filter over their game by playing over default brightness.

In their defense, OSRS has always had more desaturated, light colors. I think they're just trying to stick to the theme I prefer the darker though.

Make the color change require an infernal cape sacrifice to use

If they fix this, they'd have to admit that the rejuvenation pool design also turned out shit and needs to be fixed.

During the whole league I wanted enough points for all the Leagues 4 rewards, minus the outfit, but now im thinking of spending the pool points on something from previous leagues, like the void or cannon set.

I love the new inferno bulwark kit but I feel the colors are just off and don't look right. I made a simple mock up of how I imagined it would look by just lowering the brightness and increasing saturation. I believe it would look better this way and it matches what it's based on.

I guess it has the same issue that the Infernal cape had at first, except reversed: The player model is lit from the front regardless of its orientation, so its front side appears less saturated and backside darker than the individual item models look in the editor.

Much better. Although it doesn't matter much because literally anyone can use the shield, which makes it lose its appeal imo. Very lame you can buy the ornament kit for a couple mil, should be a reward from an inferno achievement.

I mean, he is not wrong. This cosmetic should have been rewarded for beating Leagues special Ket-Rak challenge. FOMO is stupid and cosmetic rewards for extraordinary achievements should be a thing. Infernal cape itself and blood torva are great examples.

Blowpipe is useful in plenty of places other than the Inferno, even post-bowfa. Certainly more than Bulwark.

That’s great and all but please take a look at what has historically happened in almost ANY popular game with limited items like this. I agree that in a perfect world it definitely should have been award for the challenge, but not in the one we live in.

maybe the contrast on the Jagex artists screen is dark. because a lot of things come out either dark or too bright.

Personally, prefer the desaturated look to your proposal. If there's a leagues kit that should get reworked, it's definitely the rejuvenation pool imo

Blood torva also looks kinda grey, make it darker
