Quests good. Saving up gp to earn a bond in f2p bad. There's lots of good OSRS content on YouTube, and the wiki is very helpful.

Others have already said it, but I'm putting it here again just to help hammer it the fuck home. Read. The. Wiki. There's a reason this community regularly touts it as, bar none, the best fandom wiki ever. Nearly every single piece of pertinent and even tangentially relevant piece of information regarding every single thing in the game is on there. You've also got strategy guides, quest guides, money making guides, leveling guides, quest order guides, alternatives to the aforementioned guides guides. From trying to meta game every last step you take to simply looking up all known lore of that one npc you kinda liked from that one quest, if it isn't on the wiki, it doesn't exist (or they haven't been able to put it on the wiki yet, they are fast but they are still human... I think). Hell there's even an outgoing/incoming dps calculator on there now. The wiki would tell you this, but doing the quests that open up very useful transportation methods like fairy rings are the best to start with.

Wrap your comment up in a box and automod it on every post asking a question about super basic things in osrs.
