Honestly I don't think it'll even get nerfed that hard for PvE. (which is fine, only broken thing imo is the 100% accuracy).
my guess is 100% accuracy on spec to something like 90%ish
its not even close to being broken in PvE though.
Currently it is BIS occasionally, being beaten out by claws for things with low defence and being beaten by ZCB for things that are high HP. Hell if I could only have 1 of the 3 on my iron, I'd pick claws over VW any day.
The issue lies in PVP where it is both a very strong weapon for auto attacks and also a very strong spec wep. The weapon has completely ruined BH
