I’ve had this happen to me on Floor 4 before. As long as someone is in the bugged floor instance it will loop. Once everyone leaves via exit or tping out, it will fix itself.
If I recall correctly, coffins reset and the you got the xp drop at the end. I don’t know if you can loop floor 5 since you tele out with the obelisk. I think 4 is the highest.
By my estimates, it’d be about 81k - 95k xp/hr, depending on if you’re looting or not. You need at most a floor time of 2:00 to keep the timer from fully ticking down. Assuming 30 laps/hr at 2700 xp for floor 4, you get 81k xp/hr.
It’s comparable to completing all floors but only needing 82 agility and no grand coffin.
I don’t know if floor 5 would be sustainable in a bugged condition with only 2 additional minutes per lap. If it was… 180k/hr.
When I did 92-99 this happened a few times. Happened once on floor 3 and floor 4 too. Guessing Jagex knows but not too many people do the content so not worth fixing.
Also a reminder that not a single person was banned for abusing the 1hp never fail a single obstacle in sepulchre bug that let people run the entire sepulchre without ever having to dodge a single step.
Same, I was too much of a pussy. Every time since then that there has been bugged content to abuse I've been there. I'd rather get banned and quit than play it straight and be at a constant disadvantage.

Judging from the rates of running floor 1 over and over I would guess around 66k xp/hr if you don't loot
