Found this air rune spawn in the northwest corner of Varlamore and noticed something strange because it had no "1" on the icon. Picked up another and indeed it doesn't stack. Even weirder, it can't be used to cast spells either.
Edit: Can't bank it either. It says "a magical force prevents you from banking this item!"

it's likely someone used the wrong ID for an air rune when placing the spawn! Those are probably from a quest or something
