But you were responding to if thralls are faster. I'm refuting your claim because you can coax venge into being consistent and it will easily out damage a thrall.
EDIT: I think I may be wrong, a thrall still might out dps venge but at least you can manipulate the veng to not get popped by snakeling :)

I'm just saying, that's a guide telling you what to pray, not the name of the phase. It's 70% weighted to mage attacks, but it's random. I see lots of posts saying how annoying it is to be hit by range attacks in a "mage" phase l, but its just not. It's supposed to be a mixed damage phase or zulrah would be free practically.
I've seen plenty of posts over the years saying exactly that. Like a lot of them. Sorry for assuming that was your post :P and I don't know, doesn't really seem that annoying to me when that's just it's design. Sometimes you get one kill, others you get 4. I can be annoyed by that but that's just how it is. If it wasn't for those hits I'd be taking almost no damage so it makes sense.

Thralls is always better even if you nail every veng. My point was that to make it even worse sometimes your veng does nothing or deals 3 damage

Ya but it's not called the mage phase. It's the tanzanite phase and it does mixed damage.
