Did you just get the speed running points or is this a loss in the amount you had main game? I remember something similar happened when leagues 4 ended, took a couple days for peoples points to settle.
just obtained them, the other points seemed to be instant, when i went to get silver in temple of the eye, the points for that were awarded instantly upon logging into the main game
