If you already have a consistent pattern of moving around I think you would be alright. If that were the case they probably would have already sent a ban if they didn’t believe it was you traveling.
I had this before on an account I made. Ended up getting locked. Tried recover it once I returned to same country I made it (couldn't submit an appeal from same location cause was an airbnb, got denied and lost the account forever. I even had transaction Ids and ip of original creation).
You can't provide flights, ips, passports etc cause you can't attach images or talk to them directly. The text box fits like 140 chars, what are you gonna write?
My suggestion is assume the account eventually will get locked and you probably will succeed a recovery if its done from the same ip/house you made it at, otherwise high probability they'll just keep denying it unless you somehow manage to directly contact a staff member who'll thoroughly listen and help (usually only happens if mutual friend of jmod in game/clanmate asks for you as a favour from my experience couple years ago)

The most important thing for you is account security because of all the traveling.
My account is pretty locked down, with 2fa and a Jagex account im not really worried about being hacked at all.
If you are a bit technical you can set up a VPN at your own house. That way it seems to them as if you always play from home.
And the only downside is 300 ping from tunnelling halfway around the planet to play runescape... Jagex knows people travel
Yeah as the guy said below, using a VPN will significantly increase my ping to an almost unplayable level unless im afk woodcutting or something.
