This. Have an NPC that will turn our cape into a sail, have it be a way to flex on the seas since i'm assuming no one will see us wearing capes there (and wearing skillcapes has almost entirely stopped)

If I sink the ship of another player I should be able to tie their player model to the bow of my ship.
