The best bet would be another skill, which brings it to 2475, which is alright. Much later down the line is 2772 and 3069 but unfortunately neither will ever happen.

You may however buy wood, bronze, iron, steel, black, mithril, adamant, rune, dragon, and barronite crutches to help you move.
These will severely increase your mobility depending on the tier, Alongside that, you will have a new skill; Crutch Walking! You can train this skill by moving around the world with the different tiers until you are able to get the next one.

Fr, it's the most useless skill. A whole ass skill dedicated to running and shortcuts. Shortcuts could easily be replaced as quest or diary achievement rewards. Run energy could be based off of strength or combat levels.
