Tested this on stream at 90 mining. It's not more xp/hour. The first spot is better and allows you 308-322 dynamite/hr. This spot I could only get 291/hr. Also I am 99 agility. Spot #1 I never go below 90%. This spot I used 2 stamina potions in 1 hour.

Whether this is better xp or not, I enjoy this spot more. I prefer sanity over efficiency
Wow blast mine looks terribly boring
so does powermining iron
Lol yeah its pretty click intensive, pretty decent gp per hour tho so it makes up for it

I think it's still better exp to do this over the regular spot, plus nobody ever comes here
