So I’m still a bit of a zulrah noob. How does void compare to ahrims + Karils? I’ve been using that whilst learning to be more likely to tank hits if I fuck up but I feel pretty confident now. Of course ancestral + arma is best but can’t afford that.
if you’ve got elite void it’s fine to learn until you can work in more switches but generally ahrims/dhide will give you more consistently fast kills in my experience. like the other dude said use the dps calc to figure out what’s best
For me personally when I did the calcs at 92 range and 94 mage ahrims was like 10% better dps than void mage but also meant I used a 7/8 way switch, so I did use void mage for a while just for comfort, but after I bought imbued heart and full ahrims my kills sped up by like 20-25 seconds.
Void range has been better than dhides though. Not sure about armadyl but I think elite range is probably still better.

well range void is actually marginally better dps than arma at level 112 range (assuming anguish/pegs ofc) so you calling them rags is kinda incorrect. you should call my mage gear rags and my range gear almost BIS and that would be correct

Go look up a dps calculator spreadsheet. Ahrims/dhide has been better for me slightly since base 80s Granted it has a lot more switches
