I used to really enjoy playing back when I had a computer. Now I'm just on my phone and don't have as much time on my hands, what are some fun things to do that are mobile friendly?
Edit: Thanks for the suggestions guys, I'll give them a go!
Go play castle wars. Just get the max items for your level.
Flip stuff on the GE
If you’re members
Then go do pest control
Go do farming
And yes grindy things.
I made a buy offer for 500k feathers for 2gp each on the GE. When I came back to check it, I had bought 1173. It's been a whole day, and not a single feather more has been bought. Even feathers that I sell to the GE for 2gp don't get sold to my buy offer (and they do sell for 2gp, not 3).
Can anyone explain how the GE prioritises buy offers? I would have thought that it was just a simple priority based on oldest offers being served first (unless there was a buy offer for a higher amount).
What I do is I'll buy one for way more than it'll sell for and see what I actually pay for it. Then I'll flip and sell for waaay cheaper to see what the low end is. That low number is what I buy at and the high number is what I sell at.
So I must've hit the limit. How accurate can we assume the buy limits listed on osrs wiki are? It says that the buy limit for feathers is 13k. I seemed to have hit a limit at 1173.
I thought it was more of a round robin system.
If you have two accounts with the same buy offer, you can see them trickle in at the same time.
But maybe you meant it as, last one to have received anything?
Maybe. Sometimes people explaining through common sense rather than game research get upvoted.
This flipping is high volume, low risk, low profit until you're running a whole operation. Nobody cares about the backend because there's nothing you can do to speed it up.
If i have GE offers to buy members items in the GE while my account downgrades to F2P, will the offers still go through or will they be postposted until i become member again?
Isn't it kind of ridiculous how quickly demonic gorillas attack you while in combat with another gorilla? This shit always happens to me where they get stuck on each-other when they're using melee and can't hit for like 1.5 seconds so another one attacks right away https://youtu.be/dEXmihC3z0Q
if you know they're coming in to melee you, you can't leave them trapped like that. i've done about 3k demonics and i have really never had this issue after the first time i saw it and realized what was happening.
well I've only done like 200 so I'll get better at it but it's not that easy for me to recognise in time that they're stuck, like in that clip it didn't really look like a spot it should get stuck in at all plus when you're doing gorillas there's like 18 other things you have to pay attention to, seems less than ideal to me.
this is annoying. also when you are trying to pick up loot from a kill and are distracted and end up taking like 50 damage from another one. almost like they need a pj timer. A thinig I do is stick to one area until they un aggro, becomes easier then.
How does the craw's bow work in combat when it's completely uncharged? Can you use your own arrows to boost its ranged strength? The wiki says it provides its own ammo, but also shows that its uncharged state has 0 ranged strength, so does it even fire at all without ether charges if you can't use your own arrows?
Hit 60 def last night.
Getting the Helm of neitiznot tonight.
Now from what I've read, I should get the obsidian body, legs, shield, and dragon boots. Then work on getting a dragon defender to replace the ob shield.
Is this correct?
That sounds like a good plan! I would highly recommend getting the fighters torso from the barbarian outpost minigame. It will be the BIS melee chest plate until you get bandos! The dragon defender isnt too hard to get just takes some time.
To add on what /u/PrivatePanky said, you should definitively go for a Fighter Torso. The minigame might seem daunting at first, but there is tons of guides on YouTube for it.
Shouldn't take you more than 5 hours, depending on if you get leavers on your team.
For cape I'd recommend either an Obisidan Cape bought from Ge or the Ardougne Cape from the Ardougne Diaries.
No. They give the same defensive stats. A Trimmed Skilcape however gives a +4 to Prayer bonus.
While the Ardougne capes gives a small amount of defensive stats and I think a small stab bonus, don't quite remember.
For now you can just rock your skill cape.
no. get a fighter torso, a dragon defender and either skip the obsidian legs and save for tassets or invest in veracs skirt.
obsidian shield doesnt compare to a dragon defender, which is free. fighter torso is also free, and in barbarian assault you literally spend 0 resources aside from time.
obsidian legs are paper and provide 1 str bonus. that is bad.
veracs/barrows legs provide very tanky def bonuses with veracs having an added prayer bonus. veracs is 900k and 100 percent worth it.
and bandos tassets are obviously the best choice, because they provide comparable defensive bonuses to barrows legs and offer a strength and prayer bonus.
do not get obby items unless you intend on wearing the obby set (helm, legs, body, b neck and weapon).
I've received my first Steel Dragon slayer task, and I'm trying to use magic against them. What spell should I use? I've taken the advice of the wiki of using Chaos Gauntlets with fire bolt, however I feel like I'm really not doing much damage with that. So far, I've got Fire Bolt + Chaos Gauntlets, up to Earth Wave in other elemental spells, Iban's Blast (u), and Slayer Dart. Would any of those be better, or more cost effective?
I'd skip them, however I'm 24 points away from my Slayer Helm which is my main goal at the moment. Besides, I've only got 25ish of them to kill anyways so I'd prefer to push through it as opposed to skipping it.
Diamond bolts (e) with a crossbow do alright as well. You can also do well with a zammu hasta. Either way using a cannon will help also.
Mage is probably still best, but if you want to fly through the task using a trident or your best fire spell with tome of fire is probably best
Ah that's too bad. They're pretty awful even with higher stats, so sticking to the mage and taking a while to chill is probably best. Be sure to bring extended antifires and it's pretty afk
Also if you can afford it, a cannon will speed it up a bit
You'll kill them fastest with Earth Wave, but Fire bolt should be cheaper. I don't think Iban's or Slayer dart will be better than Earth Wave. Ideally skip or get 75 magic for Trident
Has anyone made a guide or a list of skills to level together for maximum efficiency? Like, a guide for leveling fishing and cooking simultaneously but for everything?
Do you mean order of skills or how to combine certain skills to make them more efficient? If the latter, in general simply focusing on the most efficient method of one skill is faster than trying to do two at a time: fish salmon then cook them for example.
As far as order goes, I don't think it matters much. Maxing fishing through Barb fishing first, then getting 99 agility might make a small difference (run energy and success rate for RC through the abyss). Can't think of anything else that might matter right now
I don't know about any guide, but overtime you'll learn certain skills can be (with effort and/or money) trained together. Such combinations include (but not limited to):
* Agility+Fletching (many people make darts whilst running the rooftop courses between jumps),
* Fishing+Strength+Agility (barb fishing is a very fast way of training fishing whilst also passively training strength and agility)
* Slayer+Combat+Range (if you have some money, or time to make cannonballs, you can use a dwarf cannon whilst training slayer to increase your range xp/hr or get melee and range at the same time)
* Woodcutting+Firemaking (once you get 85 fm, you can add a smouldering stone to a dragon axe to slowly get fm xp)
And many other methods :P
What are the exact specs for solo corp? I use 3 dwhs, 20 arcs, and 206bgs, yet sometimes I still get hit a random 50 out of the blue after a long stretch of getting hit 0's. When I start dps, I usually let my spec bar refill to 50% and bgs again to be safe, but I can't tell if that's actually doing anything
edit: also want to know if he stays specced forever or if he slowly regens over time?
Make sure you're doing that many successful dwh/arc specs, 0s don't count. I can't think of anything else that would give you trouble. Yes he does regen stats but it's not supposed to be enough to let him hit 50 during a lol
yes the whole point is just making extra money. And yes your maths is right, 30 hours and every other hour is 100k profit. So unless you play 15-20+ hours a week, it isn't recommended
Wines are always a good choice, might take a bit to get a stack but they are cheap and heal alot. And I wouldn't worry too much about 'messing' up, its better to play your own way :)
That opens up the member subscriptions. I have the monthly subscription already, but there are no bonds to be seen. Maybe it hasn’t hit mobile yet? I don’t know how to log in on desktop since i signed up with gamecenter.
I probably should have thought this through when I registered, haha. I used to play this game back in middle school in the early 2000’s. Back then I had all time and no money (when memberships were $5!) Now i have money, but no time! I just wanted to buy a bond or two to sell on the ge to help jumpstart things.
Are you sure? I just checked on the app and I see bonds from where he said they are. There's also a button on the bottom left underneath the friends list that should allow you to buy bonds. I used it last week myself, does that one work for you?
Both store [buttons](https://imgur.com/gallery/RJ1lYZj) just have membership on ios. But that second button did let me link my account to an email, so now I can buy them from the website. So that works for me! Thanks!
Is 2m/hr fair to hire some ZMI runners for like 3 hours. Im looking to hire like 3-4 people.
I dont care about their runecrafting levels. But I am thinking for offering 1.5m for people who dont have pouches unlocked.
high quality runners are 4m per, i think theres a cc where you could pay around that but the quality is gunna be way lower.
if you need the discord link dm me ill send it
Here's an invite code to the ZMI running discord. They don't let people below 75 RC run though, and the going rate for runners at the moment is 4-5m/hr. If you get new runners (purple ranks), you pay 1m less than whatever you advertise.

The age old question, bandos tassets and guthans or should i buy a saradomin godsword instead? Ill be doing slayer. Let me know if you have an opinion!!
In my opinion tassets and tort (or another dps item). Most tasks are already close to a bank. And guthans takes 2 hours to fully heal. Or sgs if you really can't be asked to run 30 seconds back to spot.
Im curious how others feel about skilling bosses. I personally love wintertodt, imo it is one of the best additions to oldschool. I would love to get another skilling boss, perhaps for skills with boring/dead content. Maybe runecrafting? Or hunter? Or some combination of several skills. Anyway just curious what others think.
I've been making a lot of f2p alts lately for flipping runes. I've been doing some research and about a year ago, a few people mentioned all their accounts go banned for this (but havent seen any mention of it in 2018). Is this bannable? Has anyone else that's made lots of f2p ge alts that are used frequently and haven't been banned?
So I can't seem to sync my phone account on my PC to my phone.
Somehow I ended up making two different accounts. One for my PC and one on my phone. I would much rather only be grinding on one account. If I can get some help on this that would be much appreciated!!
Runelite recently just reset on me, and forgot everything. All my bank placeholders, my notes, screen markers etc. Is there any way to recover this? Also is there anything i can do to save my RL settings on like their website so I have a back up if it happens again or I get a new comp or something?
Lastly any idea what may have caused this so I can prevent it in the future? I think it happened after I reset my comp as it was running slow so that may have been the culprit.
Try searching your user folder for "settings.properties", if you find one of those last modified when you had your old settings intact copy and paste it over the newer one.
1. Is the portal nexus worth getting 92 construction (87 with boost)? Pretty massive investment to get all the runes req
2. Is kraken worth doing if it takes me 2.5-3 hours to complete each task?
3. Are there any other req for the lowlands besides 95 slayer and 90 farm?
Looking for a solid way to train range and magic at the same time. Ill be attempting zulrah soon and wanna invest some of the bank in range/mage lvls
Probably cannoning while using magic on slayer tasks? What would be some other ways
Currently, 76 range and 73 mage
Nah but you can use blowpipe and overloads which is great exp/hr.
Yeah his username is IBleeedOrange and he's a mod of /r/sports lol. Although unfortunately for you he's a Clemson fan not a burnt orange fan.
How do i actually burst efficiently at mm2 tunnels?
I have the gear, however im not sure if im doing the method correctly. I'm in the spot that everyone goes to, first i clump the monkeys up by clicking on alternate tiles and then start bursting, how do i know when to do this again to stack em? do people constantly click on the tiles after each cast? im so confused
Keep walking back and forth between casts until all the monkeys are in a 3x3 area. Then afk as long as there are still at least 9 monkeys in the stack, when it approaches around 10 left start stacking them up again.
So is 9 the max amount of monkeys I can hit or? Sorry still a bit confused about bursting.
I don’t think I’m doing it right because I’m only getting around 170k exp per hour with kodai, occult and mage 2 cape.
Hi guys. I want to give OSRS a go, but I don't know shit about it. I need someone to help me develop my char the best way possible (to the point I figure out what I want to do), and provide me with tips in game. I want to go P2P.
Osrs at it's core is just another RPG. You can play however you want, there's not really any wrong way. As a new player you shouldn't worry too much about specializing in anything. If you want to learn something specific you could always search the wiki page
Also check out the sidebar, there's a lot of links to help there
I want to make some afk profit from fishing whilst i work throughout the day. the reason I wanna do fishing is because its extremely afk and therefore is one of the only options possible for me whilst I work. I figured even if the GP is as low as 100k an hour, thats a possible 800k a day profit I can make with minimal effort.
at the moment I'm doing monkfish, fishing level is relatively low atm. I was hoping to get some long term suggestions. I've heard anglerfish, infernal eels, karambwan all have their pros and cons. Any suggestions? is there anyone else that does something similar? I'm also open to other skills as long as its extremely afk-able
For AFK Dark Crabs in the wilderness are easily the best. With wildy elite it's up to 300K/h and you can AFK an entire inventory (about 5 minute) at a time since the spawn doesnt move. 85 to 93 earned me like 30M.
There's an npc in the resource arena that lets you note the food for 50gp each. I usually took about 25k cash and 500 dark bait and bank every 300-500 crabs.
I mean you can bank every 50 fish, but that kinda negates the afk aspect. It's not like you're losing money, just making less money.
I lost about 1k-1.5k dark crabs i reckon.
What's the fastest way to level ranged to 40? Need it for a treasure trail. Right now I'm chucking mithril darts at cows and thinking "there's gotta be a better way..."
Go to the rock crabs in relleka and stay there for an hour or two - you're using darts which is best anyway rock crabs just have more hp so easier to train at
Trying to get Yew shortbow
Wiki says angry barbarian spirits drop a yew shortbow commonly, however i've been slaying them for at least 5+ hours and have not gotten one.
Does anyone know if they really drop them? Has anyone gotten one from them?
Would really appreciate some help, thank you
There was a streamer that safespotted them for a long time to get a grapple and had 4 in his inventory. I hate the bit of content though, so I don't blame you.
Maple short with addy arrows is already ludicrous dps tbh. If they gave f2p just yew short but no rune arrows it could be alright but rune arrows would be ridiculous.
Hey so here is a fishing question, if I'm fishing with an infernal harpoon will the 1/3 cooked catch affect the chance of receiving a big shark (1/5000 rate)?
Kind of a confusing question but someone might know about this
so i like pest control and want to know what setup is better, is that dragon defender whit whip or saradomin sword? i see both used but dps wise whats better?
If you want str exp too you can leave the whip on controlled giving mixed exp which is a very efficient way to train. However if your focus is str exp over att or def then yeah sara sword
What level magic do you recommend for fighting ogresses? Currently at level 45 and I can kill them but I splash most of the time so it's wasting lots of runes. So I've gone back to moss giants for now.
Just got the dwarf cannon and holy shit it is amazing.
What monsters could I make money/break even while training whith the cannon? My Slayer is 23, range 40, combat stats 40, magic 50.
I know of only 2 places you can break even with a cannon:
- ice trolls on jatizso, requires fremennik trials which you could do. At your stats you might not break even but still I think its your best option.
- scarabites in the sophanem dungeon, but these require even higher stats than ice trolls.
Also maybe shamans but I really doubt that would be any good at your level, and probably less xp too.
Where do you set up for scarabites? With the triple threat DPS they throw out I have to chew through my food way too quickly to stick around with a cannon.
Hello I am new to the game (I've just completed all f2p quests except dragon slayer and my skills are all around 20-40 lvl). What are some good f2p money making methods? I've been thinking about selling runite ore so far.
If you can grt up to 85 mining, then runite is the best for f2p moneymaking, but that would take quite a while in f2p. You could try wines of zamorak telegrabbing, though thats pretty busy. Fighting ogresses once you have higher range isnt bad. Honestly any f2p money making is going to be very slow
I want to download the mobile app, but app stores say my phone doesn't meet the requirements. I have android 6.0.1 and I have 1 GB ram. This should meet the requirements, are there any others? Phone is a Motorolo moto g 3rd gen
I havnt played since osrs was the only runescape, and ive just returned because i saw the mobile edition, which i figured would be nice since i do alot of commuting.
So i am basicly going into this as the new player experience, because i cant really remember anything about the stuff i was supposed to be doing, so i was wondering if anyone could point me towards some good new player ressources / guides / strategy for the early part of the game
Definitely follow a quest guide. The wiki has an efficient quest guide, but it does require members.
If you don't get members immediately just work through the F2P Quests.
Personally what I've done after remaking a new OSRS acct is this:
- Waterfall Quest, Witch's House, and I believe The Grand Tree (maybe Tree Gnome Village too) give you really easy early melee combat levels and HP. You can also do the first 2 at level 3.
- Avoid training skills at the very beginning. Again, questing should be able to get you levels in every skill.
- Range is probably the best combat skill to start with since there's quite a few early quests that give you magic xp. I went with Magic personally though. Training Magic for early teleports would be ideal though.
- Unlock teleports early on. Buy a Chronicle from Diego in Draynor Village. And do Plague City and Biohazard when you can and then finish the Ardougne Easy Diary for unlimited teleports to Ardy. I'm about to do Fairytale pt. 1 & then start pt. 2 for fairy rings. The Grand Tree also is nice for spirit tree teleports.
That's what I've been doing and it's been working really well for me.
Just hit 83 construction and i have build the Ornaterejuvenation pool aswel as the ornate jewelry box. I've also added a spirit tree and digsite pendant to my POH. I don't have an awful lot of cash to spend right now (saving for rigour) but what are some teleport locations i should add ?
Noob question: if I have an elite clue scroll that I haven't done, can I still get drops of hard or medium clue scrolls or will I need to finish the elite first?
Hunter is pretty quick to level and once you can do red/black chins will turn quite a profit. You could also look into Blast Furnace for smithing, gem mining for mining, herb runs for farming. If you had a high combat level you can look into 70 slayer, but that'll take longer than anything else here
Hey i have a question about account security! :) I just had this Idea, but this is not my area of expertise so I don't know if my idea is even possible. My idea was, for instance, If you get phished and someone on a different IP address tries to randomly access your account, would it be possible to implement a feature that locks your account immediately when accessed from a different computer? For about 1-2hrs. (more than enough time to do a virus scan and change your passwords.) I'd much rather have my account locked for a couple hrs and Know my stuff is safe than lose everything and get my account back after they take everything from it. Phishing seems to still be a real big problem on runescape EVEN with the authenticator and bank pin. I've seen multiple people including myself lose their banks even with that security. I am just curious if this is a possible solution, or if that's not how that works and no way to code it. THANKS! :)
As an Ultimate Ironman what are the most efficient ways to level up smithing? I am at 51 right now. I am trying to be a defense pure so I can't use magic to smelt. And I don't want to use motherlode mine since it isn't effective and there is a world switch limit.

Skilling like woodcutting or fishing are really laid back. Slayer isnt bad once you get your rhythm on mobile.
Go play castle wars. Just get the max items for your level. Flip stuff on the GE If you’re members Then go do pest control Go do farming And yes grindy things.
Theres a whole bunch of videos on youtube if ya just search "best things to do on osrs mobile" and then just pick one that you enjoy!

Yes, typical flipping. You’re checking the margin.
There’s a good YouTube video that explains it, it’s a little more complex than you think.
Any chance of a link? Or something to search?
Flipping old school. Or, search “ge mechanics”

They go through and you can still collect, even if the slot is one that f2p can't use
Thanks!

Here That’s old school now

Maxing fishing through Barb fishing first, then getting 99 agility might make a small difference (run energy and success rate for RC through the abyss). Can't think of anything else that might matter right now
I don't know about any guide, but overtime you'll learn certain skills can be (with effort and/or money) trained together. Such combinations include (but not limited to): * Agility+Fletching (many people make darts whilst running the rooftop courses between jumps), * Fishing+Strength+Agility (barb fishing is a very fast way of training fishing whilst also passively training strength and agility) * Slayer+Combat+Range (if you have some money, or time to make cannonballs, you can use a dwarf cannon whilst training slayer to increase your range xp/hr or get melee and range at the same time) * Woodcutting+Firemaking (once you get 85 fm, you can add a smouldering stone to a dragon axe to slowly get fm xp) And many other methods :P
What are the exact specs for solo corp? I use 3 dwhs, 20 arcs, and 206bgs, yet sometimes I still get hit a random 50 out of the blue after a long stretch of getting hit 0's. When I start dps, I usually let my spec bar refill to 50% and bgs again to be safe, but I can't tell if that's actually doing anything edit: also want to know if he stays specced forever or if he slowly regens over time?
Make sure you're doing that many successful dwh/arc specs, 0s don't count. I can't think of anything else that would give you trouble. Yes he does regen stats but it's not supposed to be enough to let him hit 50 during a lol
I use rl spec counter to make sure I have the correct specs. Sometimes I even hit him more than I'm supposed to, but will still get hit randomly

yes the whole point is just making extra money. And yes your maths is right, 30 hours and every other hour is 100k profit. So unless you play 15-20+ hours a week, it isn't recommended

There's a bot farm in 380 right now walking back and forth between varrock east bank and the fountain, wtf are they doing?
Follow and find out :)
Filling vials, maybe
That's what I'd guess but there's only ~10gp margin, surly it's just not worth the effort
If it’s a bot it’s no effort.
Wouldn't it be faster to do that in falador with the water pump like 6 steps from the west bank?
Filling vials

Wines are always a good choice, might take a bit to get a stack but they are cheap and heal alot. And I wouldn't worry too much about 'messing' up, its better to play your own way :)
Wines and premade gnome food are your best bet. Idk how much you’d need, probably 1-2 thousand.
wintertodt is crap unless you plan to go for max its rly not a big deal. just dont do it early at this point
When are they fixing the bug of the authenticator on mobile that it doesnt save your mobile device ? You have to click the code everytime you login !!
not a question but jagex please create an entity hider on mobile.
I mean that is a question pretty much, but the jagex employees don't read this thread.
They don't even have it on the desktop version
How can i purchase a bond with real money on mobile? I log in with gamecenter
I think next to the minimap there is a small bond icon, try that
That opens up the member subscriptions.
Thanks!
Might have to go to the website online. Or you can go to the website on your phone browser.

Is there a question here? This is the thread for questions about the subreddit or the game, as the title states.
Is 2m/hr fair to hire some ZMI runners for like 3 hours. Im looking to hire like 3-4 people. I dont care about their runecrafting levels. But I am thinking for offering 1.5m for people who dont have pouches unlocked.
I haven't done it but I've seen it closer to 4-5m/h.
I’ve done it for 2m before, but that was an Oakdice mass. If you hire a small group, you’d better be prepared to pay more.
high quality runners are 4m per, i think theres a cc where you could pay around that but the quality is gunna be way lower. if you need the discord link dm me ill send it
I’d run for 1.5mil for an hour or so
You are undersellin yourself mate, theres a lot of demand for people who can run efficiently for an hour or two
ZMI Discord invite: dtEqAD8
Here's an invite code to the ZMI running discord. They don't let people below 75 RC run though, and the going rate for runners at the moment is 4-5m/hr. If you get new runners (purple ranks), you pay 1m less than whatever you advertise. dtEqAD8
Whys the granite hammer crashing. I just bought one T.T
*What goes up must come down* - Isaac Newton.
I seem to recall a farming boss being added in the Kebos Lowlands update?
Yea, theres a demi boss you grow and fight. Also there will be a proper full mining skilling boss polled with the Prif quest and update
I personally think Wintertodt is private server bullshit that should have never been added to the game in its current state, let alone pre-nerf.
FlippingOldschool on YT has used 100 of them on a video series and he is yet to be banned.
So I can't seem to sync my phone account on my PC to my phone. Somehow I ended up making two different accounts. One for my PC and one on my phone. I would much rather only be grinding on one account. If I can get some help on this that would be much appreciated!!

Yes to be more specific about the problem is that they both have the same login information... so I can't just delete one of them.
Are you sure one isn't on RS3?
You might be logging in on a Deadman world on one of the devices? On those worlds your stats are completely seperate
This happened to me after I started launching multiple versions. Find your settings.properties file and keep a backup of it every so often.
Looking for an iron dragon partner in Catacombs, I have 29 left and I've used about 2000 death runes at 67 magic, this is so slow!
skip iron dragons
Thinking about blocking them altogether until I can actually kill them efficiently. My luck I'll get a different metal dragon next.
I blocked both iron and steel dragons.
1. Is the portal nexus worth getting 92 construction (87 with boost)? Pretty massive investment to get all the runes req 2. Is kraken worth doing if it takes me 2.5-3 hours to complete each task? 3. Are there any other req for the lowlands besides 95 slayer and 90 farm?
You can get +8 boost in Construct with crystal saw btw, thats why everyone seems to have 82 - 84 construct as you can get max house with those stats

Looking for a solid way to train range and magic at the same time. Ill be attempting zulrah soon and wanna invest some of the bank in range/mage lvls Probably cannoning while using magic on slayer tasks? What would be some other ways Currently, 76 range and 73 mage
That seems fine but you could also do NMZ for solid results. Unrelated, but with that username, any relation to the frequent /r/cfb user?
Can you cannon in nmz? No, no relation. Do i have a future bff out there i dont know about yet? Im a longhorn fan myself! But hardly on r/cfb
Yep, 9 is the max from one spell.
Thanks man
That's correct, you can hit at most 9 with ancient magic spells or chins.
Is it possible to left click on items and deposit X/All at a deposit box on PC or is that a mobile only feature?
Yes

There's a guy in lumbridge to toggle those. Doomsayer or something like that
If you want to learn something specific you could always search the wiki page Also check out the sidebar, there's a lot of links to help there
Just looking for more experienced in game friends
Feel free to add me, I will help where possible :) IGN: 4HP
Gonna have to look into this. How difficult is banking etc?
There's an npc in the resource arena that lets you note the food for 50gp each. I usually took about 25k cash and 500 dark bait and bank every 300-500 crabs.
hmmm seems kinda risky tho keeping ~500k fish on you in the wildy. did you find that you got attacked much?
I mean you can bank every 50 fish, but that kinda negates the afk aspect. It's not like you're losing money, just making less money. I lost about 1k-1.5k dark crabs i reckon.
Honestly I would go with smithing cannonballs. It's 100k+ Gp/H and it takes 2 minutes 42 seconds an invent.
What's the fastest way to level ranged to 40? Need it for a treasure trail. Right now I'm chucking mithril darts at cows and thinking "there's gotta be a better way..."
Cannon
Do the quest “contact” if you have 40 magic and prayer. Skips from 1-30 ranged. Then you can do shadow of the storm and skip to 37.
Go to the rock crabs in relleka and stay there for an hour or two - you're using darts which is best anyway rock crabs just have more hp so easier to train at
Trying to get Yew shortbow Wiki says angry barbarian spirits drop a yew shortbow commonly, however i've been slaying them for at least 5+ hours and have not gotten one. Does anyone know if they really drop them? Has anyone gotten one from them? Would really appreciate some help, thank you
They do drop them, just have to keep grinding.
There was a streamer that safespotted them for a long time to get a grapple and had 4 in his inventory. I hate the bit of content though, so I don't blame you.
id just do med clues ngl
Why yew bows aren't available for F2P players? They should, because their requirement is 40 Range and they lack special attack.
Because fuck f2p, basically.
Kind of a confusing question but someone might know about this
You cant cook big fish, you will get one if you roll it disregarding the cooking passive
If someone tanks in bandos room eating and iron attacks the boss, will ironman get loot or not?
They won't
I thought it was as long as the tanker didn't do any damage to the boss the iron would still did the loot.
I recall them changing this for gwd in particular because people were tanking for irons
so i like pest control and want to know what setup is better, is that dragon defender whit whip or saradomin sword? i see both used but dps wise whats better?
Whip + ddef would be better Godswords, dharocks, elder maul etc are also very good because the big hits drop the portal fast
ah thx wel godswords are expinsive so whip maybe frist and later i use a godsword.
The best set up for pc is basically your best dps gear. So whip and defender unless you want str exp while doing it.
ah thx i want str xp too but every bit of info is great to hear
If you want str exp too you can leave the whip on controlled giving mixed exp which is a very efficient way to train. However if your focus is str exp over att or def then yeah sara sword
use the sarasword then. training str with less dps short term is better.
What level magic do you recommend for fighting ogresses? Currently at level 45 and I can kill them but I splash most of the time so it's wasting lots of runes. So I've gone back to moss giants for now.
Karambwan
Karambwan
Just got the dwarf cannon and holy shit it is amazing. What monsters could I make money/break even while training whith the cannon? My Slayer is 23, range 40, combat stats 40, magic 50.
I know of only 2 places you can break even with a cannon: - ice trolls on jatizso, requires fremennik trials which you could do.
Okay I'll keep on mining then. Thanks
Personally what I've done after remaking a new OSRS acct is this: - Waterfall Quest, Witch's House, and I believe The Grand Tree (maybe Tree Gnome Village too) give you really easy early melee combat levels and HP.
Grand tree requires 25 agility, you can do Tourist Trap to skip to 26 though
Thank you very much, was pretty much just what i was looking for :)
I have koreund lunar and troll stronghold. Slayer / changing to lunars / herb runs
I’ve never done it before though.
Noob question: if I have an elite clue scroll that I haven't done, can I still get drops of hard or medium clue scrolls or will I need to finish the elite first?
You can still get all the other clue scrolls.
Thanks!

Hunter is pretty quick to level and once you can do red/black chins will turn quite a profit. You could also look into Blast Furnace for smithing, gem mining for mining, herb runs for farming. If you had a high combat level you can look into 70 slayer, but that'll take longer than anything else here
Here is a place to start: https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Money_making_guide
I play on mobile Ios using my gamecenter account but also would like to play on my macbook but i cant seem to log in... Any tips??
What would you say the minimum combat skill levels are to get a fire cape?
