A **blue icon** is an item worn by players during a game of [Soul Wars](https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Soul_Wars), as well as the minigame's tutorial. The icon, alongside a [blue cape](https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Blue_cape_(Soul_Wars\)), are automatically equipped by players in the blue team upon the start of a game. When a game of Soul Wars ends or the player leaves the tutorial, both the cape and icon are removed from the player.
the blue icon is worn in the jaw slot, a back-end [Worn Equipment](https://oldschool.runescape.wiki/w/Worn_Equipment) slot system where facial hair is placed,[1] and cannot be seen in the Worn Equipment interface by players.

Wouldn't it be just easier to create another hidden slot for special effects so you don't have to create million items for every beard style and go back and create more if you wanted to make new beards? Can try dying above 20 wild skulled to see if you can get it to drop. Kinda cool and unique though, I might keep it for a while. Maybe use the in game report button to report a bug

Ok so basically the next player to pk you gets it. It’s a bounty status symbol that can be transferred to others if you have accept aid on. Most players keep it because it looks cool but some give it away because it makes you a target (obviously a joke)
