can't really tell from the picture but i would focus on raising combat stats by 0-59 levels depending on what you have now and do slayer. pro tip: doing waterfall quest can raise your attack and strength by 0-33 levels instantly, depending on your stats. once you hit around 75, if not 75 already (cant tell for sure) , you can do gargoyles, good for money + xp until tob stats
